I truly refer to her more as a friend than an agent. She's gone above and beyond what a typical real estate agent does. You brought food for the fridge a week or so later! You came to have a dinner with us once we got settled in! You surprised us with a awesome Christmas wreath! We needed a realtor we connected with and could trust 110%! We found that in Mary Kate. She spent a whole day with us, showed us around the best parts of Nashville, and showed us open houses. From this experience, she was quick to pick up on our preferences and needs for our perfect home. And the task wasn't easy. We needed at least a 2 car garage AND a place for a gym, a view, a yard, double vanities, walk-in closet... you get the drift. She wasn't phased. Mary Kate made it happen! She helped with the search, guiding us away from the neighborhoods we wouldn't enjoy and suggesting those we would like better and always put our needs first before her commission. She helped us negotiate, protect our interests, and stay true to our values. Never once did we feel pressured, since she provided a list of companies she's had pleasant experiences with yet suggested we do our own research as we needed. Overall our experience was awesome including video tours, recommendations, and friendly reminders for the little details my busy brain can forget when in the midst of a cross-country move.   We can't say enough about how comprehensive her service was as a realtor while being confident, friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable.
