They are basically robbing all of the owners charging us $270/month and doing nothing for us, not even responding.

After all that time, it turned out the amendment had been done incorrectly, requiring additional time and effort to address something that should have been handled properly from the start. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency in their billing practices. Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness from a property management company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

Our building went months without working washer/dryer and Larry's response was to "wait it out". He pays his buddies to do repair jobs around the building and pays them without even checking to see if the work has been done properly. His mason left a giant mess on the front stairs and parking lot and he refused to address it unless EVERY SINGLE UNIT OWNER contacted him individually. Takes him weeks to reply to concerns, if at all. Horrible.
