Shopping in the local stores in the South Attleboro complex for approximarely 5+ hours my rental car was towed. The reason given was that it appeared to belong to commuter using the train to commute back & forth to Boston. I am from out of state (Florida) and was visiting my brother to help him get back & forth from Boston. While he tested the feasibility of using the train alone, he has to use a cane (I could not fly back and forth from Fla everytime he had a doctor's appt - monthly)) I "stood by" at the shopping center waiting for his return, walking the stores and eating at McDonalds. When I explained the situation to BPM I received a return letter stating the car gave the appearance of being a commuters. If this is any indication of how they do business than I can understand why half the stores are empty - no want wants to shop with the fear of having their car towed, no business wants to hear customers complain abouth their car being towed,because it appears to belong to a commuter. I wouldn't rate them any stars, BPM IS not customer friendly. They lack an understanding and concern of knowing how to protect customers that are shopping, APPEARANCE should not be an indicator, FACTS should dictate. I would NOT do business with these people, they do not have a handle on how to differentiate between shoppers and commuters. If you were a business would you want your customers car to be towed ? I have written a letter and received the reponse that the car appeared to be there as a commuter, I responsed to that assumption with an explanation (November 1, 2010) and did not receive a return reply, another example of how they do business, demonstarting they do not want to do the right thing.

I went to Ben after…read moreseeing one realtor who was very unresponsive and just didn't understand what I/we were looking for. I know I didn't make it easy for Ben either. I had him show me/us at least 30+ houses between MA, CT and RI. He helped my husband (at the time) and I buy our first home together in 2016, then later down the road when life happens and things don't work out, he then also helped us sell our home in 2018. Ben made what can be a very stressful process seem so seamless. We all had a few meals together, went on motorcycle rides and spent time together while Ben went out of his way to get to know us and what exactly we were looking for. To speak even more highly, the first time home we bought was in Connecticut where the agency was not yet licensed. Ben went out of his way to have his broker get licensed there just for us, and spent more time getting to know the area just for us as well. Ben made the experience quite incredible, and I'd be thrilled to use him again and refer him to anyone!

Inessa is ahead of sales and helps Jason with all the other services, she's always there when you need it, she has great contacts for contractors or anything you may need, she found great tenants for my apartments, and like Jason honest hard working person that will take the time to listen to your issues and resolve them. When I sold one of my house I went with Badger , Inessa sold it the first day it went on the market for more than the asking price (and the seller's market was not that great), She followed through with all the paperwork and supported me all the way until it was finalized . I can assure everyone, people like this are hard to find I was lucky, I thank them for their service and excellence I hope who ever reads this may find the help and peace of mind they need like I did.     Complaint Letter About Ongoing Illegal Parking at 38 Fountain St…read moreTo Whom It May Concern at Stonelink Property Management, I am writing once again to report the ongoing issue of illegal parking at 38 Fountain Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895. I have contacted your office multiple times and have even spoken directly with staff about this problem, yet nothing has been done to address it. There is a large posted sign at the back of the parking lot clearly stating that unauthorized vehicles will be towed. Despite this, the rules are not being enforced. At this time, a Toyota Camry with license plate 2AJ 650 continues to park here illegally. The driver does not live at this property and is occupying a space that belongs to a resident. This situation is extremely frustrating. When management fails to enforce parking rules, it sends the message that anyone can park here, even if they have no connection to the building. Residents who pay rent and rely on their assigned parking spaces are being disrespected and inconvenienced. I am requesting that Stonelink take immediate action to enforce the posted parking policy. This includes issuing warnings, documenting violations, and towing unauthorized vehicles when necessary. The sign is meaningless if the rules are not upheld.
