Carefully consider your decision, if you have kids. The Cove is advertised as luxury apartments,…read morebut a significant portion is affordable housing. Most complexes have affordable housing under 10%, but The Cove In Hingham from what I've seen and heard has 20% to 25%. This may be the right place for you, but shop around to make the correct decision. - Parking is an issue, people are forced to park in the street and at Stop and Shop. Can you imagine renting, and then finding out you don't have parking? - Our 1st floor unit was great until it got warm out, and then a septic smell envelops the unit. (They did tried to fix, but it seemed to be a design issue) - Grills outside are dirty and unkept - A few unsettling angry dogs events (ask about that) I could go on, but looking in the rearview mirror, I wouldn't have rented there. Again shop around and good luck!

The apartment is very spacious and clean with a ton of light. I absolutely love having a laundry room in my unit with a full size washer and dryer. The service team is always a call away whenever there was any kind of issue. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a spacious comfortable quiet place to live. They allow you to have pets but I honestly never hear them. I don't see a lot of families a lot of young professionals and couple's. I love how my unit has a private entrance with a big balcony looking over to the woods with a ton of privacy. No nosey neighbors.

Firstly,…read morethe leasing price we were originally told wasn't the price we ended up getting because each day it took for us to sign the lease they added $7 to the final bill. On top of that, the place they showed us/ moved into, was ridiculously dirty, cobwebs, mold, rusty dishwasher, broken light switches and foul hallway smell. We haven't even lived here a year and we've had to replace a leaking dishwasher, two leaking toilet and dryer that didn't dry clothes throughly. But the worst of it all on a day like today where the temperature is -4 the thermostat isn't working properly, which is something we brought up to management last winter and they told us to put plastic on our windows...but this place is labeled as "luxury". Leasing office tried to claim that nowhere does the complex claim to be luxury when indeed it does. Also they went out their way to "update" the dog park but meanwhile the kids park is run down and out of date. But they have the nerve to send passive aggressive emails urging kids to not play in front of their apartments. Also, I don't get why the trash shoot is always broken, or why there arent speed limit indicators, or crosswalks or complete sidewalks. If their main concern is safety why not provide these safety measures for the residents. Packages are miss delivered/ stolen daily and the apartment complex does nothing about it, like adding package lockers or better signage. Or cameras at every doorway. This place as potential of being phenomenal but they drop the ball at every opportunity. Pro: the
