Jamie is very unprofessional- yells and screams at customers that call his company out when they make mistakes. ( instead of trying to resolve) mistakes happen frequently but Arbor Management never takes responsibility for anything and makes excuses for their incompetence. I am surprised this company stays in business. Between the lack of customer service and the lack of skills. The decisions they make are only beneficial financially to them and unfortunately the customer ends up paying for the mistakes. They said they manage 55 complexes with only 14 employees. Once that was said it explained why so many mistakes and lack of customer service. They are spread to thin but it keeps their profit margins large. read more
