Paul from Red Seal had an electrician on site the next day who diagnosed and repaired the problem, and completed the new light fixture installation. I got a call in the morning, as promised, to schedule a time. The electrician was going to be about 10 minutes late and he called ahead to let me know - that is unusually great service in my book. He was very polite and respectful. Paul called me immediately after the electrician left, took my Visa card for payment, and promised that a receipt would be emailed to me on Monday (the work was done on a Friday) and it was, as promised. 1.5 hour minimum charge. The only thing that was not perfect was that the electrician did not have a dimmer to replace the dimmer, but had to replace it with a simple switch.
