I refused because I lost all trust in this company. If they had quoted me double to begin with I would have gone with someone else. It seems the initial calculations should be able to be done properly so the quotes can be done properly and the customer doesn't have to pay thousands extra because the technician can't calculate. I was offered a discount on the additional work but it was not nearly enough to compensate for the mistake made. Stay away from superb electric!
