Super Electric did a great job hooking up a new AC to my panel. The company that installed the AC (Moore and Russel) provided a quote for the electrical work that was many-fold higher than what Super Electric got it done for. I got quotes from a few other electricians and they were also expensive. All insisted I needed to upgrade my service from 100 A to 200 A and also upgrade the panel. I knew this wasn't needed because I have a good friend who is an electrician who looked things over and said I could use my existing panel and service. Super Electric did a simple load calculation showing I did not need to upgrade the service and panel. Saved me a few thousand or more. The process of getting a quote from Super Electric was simple because they know what there are doing. They were able to complete the work about a week after they provided quote. I am SO impressed with this company. Over the years I've worked with many electrical companies for home and business, and more often than not it is a negative experience (up-charging, overcharging, way-overcharging, mystery charges, huge parts mark-up, delays, no shows). Through Yelp, my request went to six companies to quote. Some quotes were significantly higher. Superb quoted fairly, guaranteed their work, showed up on time, demonstrated expert troubleshooting, fixed it efficiently, and stayed true to their quote. Because of my unique multi-panel set-up, another member of the team came by to double check the work n/c, and offered zero-pressure recommendations for the future. I would like to recommend Froilan and his teams to anyone who needs electric services and especially who knows little about electricity like me. They know what they are doing; the master electrician takes care of the work and almost come to the site every time at the beginning of the working, to direct the work for the day. I had a problem with a small pump and called Froilan. He responded very promptly, showed up at my house on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. His charge was very reasonable. A couple of days later, I thought the pump had failed again, and I called Froilan. He came over right away and it turned out the pump was working perfectly, but another, unrelated, problem had arisen. Froilan refused to let me pay him for calling him out when he had no responsibility for the problem. He is a professional and a real gentleman.
