Our phone calls get answered quickly and we get exactly the speeds we pay for. I check. The nature of a wireless signal means that weather plays a part in the quality of the signal. That's beyond anyone's control. I need to teach remotely and called to order a second receiver so I can work from an outbuilding on our property. They hand delivered that new box 4 hours after I placed my call, and drove from an hour a way to do it. GREAT SERVICE ! Thank you!

The paperwork that they submitted even included our address as a future site for fiber installation. Fiber would be a MAJOR upgrade for our small business! Fast forward two years. Semi - ok internet, but ZERO fiber. There are two families and two separate businesses at our location. We reached out to Bug Tussel and they said they have no plans to run fiber to our location- EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON THEIR ORIGINAL MAP that they pitched at the county meeting. The two unoccupied neighbor houses have fiber installation hookups but we do not. Also, I have another complaint. When they came to unhook the internet (because we have switched to Spectrum for Fiber) they did not call ahead. We are in meetings with clients in Toronto and they ask for a bug tussel hook up. I would have had it ready if I knew they were coming - so the younger of the two goes around the back of my wife's computer and pulls it out of the wall. Then as he goes to leave her office he trips on one of the dog beds. He said a few things because he is a jerk. He wouldn't have tripped if his shoe laces were tied. Extremely unprofessional! I won't be switching any of my accounts going forward. Bug tussel lost an opportunity.

I also do phone conferences and had previously been frustrated with the other provider in the Green Bay area that I had been using as the connections would drop frequently. I have had no trouble at all with NSight services since going with them and can highly recommend them for internet services in the Hobart area. My connections are fast and reliable and so far I have had no issues with down times. I can stream live programming such as news and sports without any problems. I can upload and download at fast speeds. Their installation crew had to work on a very difficult installation for me and did so professionally and even left it clean and organized when they left. Their customer service has been excellent. I do not get other services only because I travel so cannot speak for these but if you are looking for a good fast internet service that is reliable I can recommend them.

Even AppleCare+ customer service doesn't even compare in this regard. While the entry cost for VZW monthly service is , I'm reassured it is buying quality customer service that is worth it and I'm confident I made the right decision in moving my business to VZ. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. We Connect agreed to a service call at my home. The technician arrived outside of the committed…read moretime for the service call. The technician asked me to sign forms authorizing work to be performed at my home. The technician then left my home 5 minutes later without performing any work or communicating why they were leaving. I spoke with the dispatch and service managers for We Connect multiple times throughout the day and they are unwilling to honor their commitment to service my Hughnest installation on the day committed. Getting customers to sign documents agreeing to perform work then leaving the job site is dishonest and probably part of a scam to bill for more services. The service manager will only allow a technician to come back on a different day and I am required to sign new service forms allowing work to be performed. It looks like they are double billing for work. Customers should be aware We Connect LLC is operating with shady business practices.
