Shit sucked bit now they are actually really good! Like really good my service slowed a couple times when we had all the tvs going and my sons phone/tv/nintendo switch.

When you call to report a problem the only thing their useless people do is say to restart your router. Last week we called technical support and was told there was no problem on there end and we need a new router. 4 days later they send out a notice that they have been experiencing major outage problems for over 4 days, yet the jerks at tech support we're not aware of it! If you call with a problem, they tell you they will expedite it, and then it takes 3-5 days before they call back! They don't care that people need the internet to do their jobs. The only reason they are still in business is because there are no other options! Their value is crap because we pay for crappy service that is ALWAYS going out!

Chad clean it and did some adjustments and replaced my dying hard drive. Chad took the time to explain all what he did and asked me if I had any questions.
