The clues were intricate and fun - there were multiple different kinds of puzzles and clues, which kept the game fun. Didn't add that 5th star because I wish there was a timer in the room and sometimes we had trouble figuring out if a cabinet opened or not, so wish that was more obvious by either popping open or a light turned on. Overall so much fun and totally recommend!

Was visiting some friends in NJ and we decided to do an escape room together as part of our…read moreChristmas celebration. I've done a TON of these and they're always so much fun. I have experienced some really good ones and some really bad ones-- Puzzle Out and Grand Theft Jersey City would rank in the top of the middle. On Friday night, we booked a room for 10 of us friends for the following Saturday Night. I was surprised they had availability for their 10PM session. I gave the room a call first to ask if it would be possible to have a private game since there were so many of us. It worked out because they have two of the same rooms-- a walk in came so they were able to put them in the other room. The website says that up to 30 people can play in this room (which is CRAZY) but I don't think that's correct. 10 in the room is the perfect amount. The game itself was fun. I haven't done one where there was more than one objective (i.e. to get out and get more money). There were a few broken/notworking elements which essentially hindered our overall performance (if we were able to use it properly we would've gotten out). The debrief at the end was also a little unorganized. All in all, I'd come again or go to their Hoboken location to try another room.

My husband and I woke up with hand, foot, and mouth disease this morning, which we caught from our…read moretwo year old daughter. My husband is miserable and I am in a lot of pain. Neither of us foresaw this and we were both looking forward to attending prior to becoming ill. I am aware that there is a $30 rescheduling fee (which seems high, as each of our tickets cost $30 as it is) but I thought that illness might be an exception, especially as this rash is highly contagious and I did not develop the blisters until this morning (the day of the booking). Unfortunately, upon calling, the employee informed me that his manager could not authorize the waiving of our rebooking fee. I honestly find this to be ridiculous! When exactly does the manager find a situation necessary for the fee to be waived!? Only after someone dies? Am I really expected to come in and participate, possibly infecting all those I come into contact with and while in pain? My husband and I are first time parents and live in Jersey City with no nearby family. We literally had this date night planned for weeks and it was devastating enough just to have to reschedule it, let alone find I needed to cough up ANOTHER $30 just to schedule it for another day. I am not made of money as it is and have to budget out the things we do paycheck to paycheck. Not only do I not have an extra $30 on hand, I also feel strongly that it was not fair or just to expect me to pay. I honestly feel like the manager I spoke to had no empathy or compassion for my situation and when I expressed my frustration with him and ultimately told him I planned to communicate via the website and other online forums about my feelings he smugly told me to use my freedom of speech and hung up the phone. I am now out $60, with no experience, and feel like I've been treated like a dispensable piece of garbage. I will NEVER give my business to puzzle out again and will specifically seek out alternative puzzle room companies to give my business to in future. I also plan to provide an in depth review of the company and how I was treated to every website I can find. Your employees should really be trained to have more compassionate toward their customers and attempt to treat people with more genuine respect.

When we walked into the room itself I was already panicking as I did not see much to start the escape process in itself. Hardly any book shelf's, tables or doors to find objects. Everything had a lock on it so we knew we definitely had a mission. Also it was a bit confusing as some things in the room had nothing to do with the escape room. They do mark the items with a red x but it was very unfortunate. We seemed to have been in the corner room which had a real exit door and real elevator which is not the best for safety reasons. With all the fun and excitement someone eventually will try to open them. The puzzle was definitely a lot harder than we anticipated but it felt great when we worked together and figured it out! We did have to ask for clues along the way and they did a great job of not entirely giving it away and letting us decipher it amongst ourselves. This room is 1 hour but the last few mins is always the best. I definitely suggest a large group for these escape rooms they are so much fun. We escaped the exodus !!!!

It was a unbelievable experience to have seen what it takes to make it in this league. I made the hour drive from New York to first get breakfast. After we headed to the facility. When you arrive they make you park at parking lot K. They have two entrances, one for VIP and the other for everyone else. Of course I wasn't aware of this so next time I will get the upgrade. You wait on line and they open at nine fifteen on the dot. They have a metal detector before you make it to the seating. The first four hundred children receive a band to get autographs from the player after training. It was pretty cool to see. Also they have retired players that sign autographs as well. Seating is not reserved so I sat close to the front. At this point no players were on the field. Finally he emerged, number ten, Eli Manning. My brother called out "Eli" he looked and he waved! Highlight of my visit. Also I got Shaquan Barkley to throw up a peace sign as well. What a amazing way to build fan experience. Also with the youth you're securing future fan loyalty. I am excited to be a Giants fan, I bleed blue! Now the next important question.....should Daniel Jones start week one?
