The windows are beautiful and they were done by 1 pm. I can't say enough about what a great job they did and everyone I came into contact with was outstanding. We finally decided to make an adult decision and get going on the upgrade. My husband got a few quotes and based on the customer service he experienced, the price quoted, and also that it is a smaller family-based local company, we chose Sparks and Sommer. We had the insulation done in late summer/early fall. I was the one home when they came by and got a good education on the upgrade. A small team was brought which included the dad and son and a couple others. They were quick and thorough and took me through everything before and after completion. So the real test was when we lost power this winter from the ice storm. We were down for a few days, and the house never seemed to get that cold really. When power finally came back on, it clocked in at 51*, which seemed to be pretty good compared with some of my friends that lost power. Very happy with the results and the service.
