If you ever wondering on where or who to watch your babies I highly recommend the Denver kindercare. The center director Kim Grant makes the whole center welcoming. Sam Benavidez is caring and professional. I know if I ever have a concern those two are on it, to help in any way they can.

Version 1: Upon our recent move from San Francisco to Denver, we took the time to tour various local preschools. Our daughter is flourishing at Primrose. The director's high level of engagement and the teachers' considerate and patient approach have made us feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a fantastic place for our child.

He has mastered using utensils, adjusted to being either other care providers, and has so much to say (in his own way lol) at the end of his days. They also use the procare app so we are updated throughout the day which is very reassuring. They have had the highest standards of care regarding COVID as well which helps us feel that our son is as safe as possible without being protected with a vaccine since he is too young. Cannot speak higher of Happy Ladybug and the teachers/directors/owners.

In fact, we put him on their list when we found out my wife was pregnant! In my opinion, it's the finest daycare in the city (and we visited several). They're really organized and have very secure processes for checking kids in and out, they secure the entrance and exit, they are very strict about dietary needs (e.g., they don't allow any peanuts/peanut butter to be packed for any kids regardless of allergies on the off chance that a child with an allergy would take another child's food) and they have really thorough daily reporting. My daughter has a big smile every time she sees her care provider, and my toddler son loves his teachers. He always talks about the activities they do, gets excited about snacks, specific toys and friends. The care providers are thoughtful and strike a great balance between being gentle and patient while establishing boundaries for my son, who can sometimes throw tantrums. This isn't the perfect gauge of attention, but my kids never have a diaper rash, which tells me they're attentive and that they never sit in a dirty diaper for long. Also, they're tuned into my kids and have called me when their behavior/demeanor has been off or when they're sick and need to be picked up. I'd recommend this place and I go there now because we have a close friend whose son goes there and who recommended it to us.

Also saw a worker kick a pillow next to an infants head. Saw multiple workers just chilling not interacting with children or even seeming to monitor them. Overall for what you'd pay to go here there are so many better options. Please look around before deciding on this place.

My wife and I scheduled a tour on their website for June 19th. Leading up to our appointment, we…read morereceived reminder emails and texts. When we showed up to the facility the doors were locked. When we called their number, it was sent to voicemail and we left a message telling them we were out front ready for the tour. From the outside looking into the foyer we could see a calendar on the wall noting that they would be closed the day of our appointment. I understand that mistakes happen and things can be inadvertently overlooked, but I find it to be a glaring red flag that no one has yet to reach out to us. I think that speaks to the overall lack of accountability, communication, and organization of this facility. RE: Owner's Reply The apology is appreciated, however, the lack of accountability and organization is even more apparent now. My wife received multiple text reminders - up to the morning of the tour, confirming the appointment. Trying to shift the blame to us to discredit this review is more telling than any tour experience.
