Sadly, Tuesday evening came and after a phone call to them, the owner said that someone else had scheduled the service for Wednesday. Needless to say, that required a start-over process on my end. I'll own that perhaps I should have been in voice contact rather than relying on the messaging system, but the service was quite responsive through the Yelp system. Mistakes happen, but can't really recommend this company.

I was told they could not find the driver - then told they would send someone else. The dispatcher quit answering my calls (had caller id). He didn't want to move my furniture - told me I needed to do it - I asked him to leave. So then he moved furniture - could not move most of it back as he did not have the "tabs" needed to put under the furniture - banged into my verticals, banged my walls profusely. I have a rental property that is being put up for sale and I wanted to have my home professionally cleaned. The home is over 1300 sq ft with 3-bedroms and 2-baths. The quote of $250 seemed like a fair price compared to other places I called. An appt was set. I notice that prior to the appt, I received an emailed invoice requesting payment. I thought I was just receiving the invoice in advance. I received yet another email the following day. I sent a text stating that if they were expecting me to pay for the service in advance, I wanted to cancel. The woman, whose name I can't recall, called me thereafter to explain. She said that they can't trust I will pay them after the work is done. I explained that the trust issue goes both ways. I can't just submit payment to someone that I've never met and be sure they will show up. After going back and forth, I told her if they called me before the work is done, I'll come to the house, check the work and then pay. She even asked me if I would sign a document on day of service stating I would pay. I had no issue with that plan. The following day, I get another email asking for the payment. The invoice specifically stated, payment required before work is done. At that point, I was confused. I figured I'd just show up to the appt the following day and if payment was required beforehand, I'd just decline and send them on their way. Out of conversation, I told my mother about the issue, and she volunteered to call them. She was told by this same woman, that if her workers didn't receive payment in advance the day of, they were instructed not to start work. So the conversation I had with her the previous day meant nothing. My mother found this woman to be rude and lacked professionalism. My mother could barely get a word in and told her she had to go and hung up. This woman called my mother back three times in a row so she could continue her rant. I was very disappointed with the turn of events. This company actually missed out on two jobs. I had another home I wanted cleaned as well. If you have no issue paying for work in advance of service, perhaps this company is for you. Not how I choose to do business...

The initial quote was $250 for a deep clean of my house (excluding the garage and the basement). I'll note that my house is generally very clean; when the cleaners arrived, my house was not in bad shape at all. Initially, 3 women showed up. I let them in and they began do what they do, not long after another woman and the owner Sergio showed up. At no point did Sergio speak to me about the services or what they were doing; they just all seemed to be busy cleaning. My personal opinion is the service was okay, but they ended up charging me $407 for additional deep cleaning. This wasn't communicated to me, and to be honest, any additional time they spent cleaning was entirely due to their lack of urgency not what was actually needed. I called and complained; and they decreased the fee to $365. I have no problem paying for a service, however I think this interaction was a not very good, and I'm not happy with how it appeared they were just trying to take advantage of the situation. The costs of this service compared to the work I actually feel they did doesn't line up. If you charge for additional time, it should be very clear where or why that time is needed; I feel they (the cleaners) moved at a pace that didn't allow them to complete the service in a reasonable time.
