I drove 20 mins just to come here, because it used to be great as recent as January of this year…read more Unfortunately it's gone downhill. There are always Hispanic ladies there cleaning loads and loads of moving blankets, so the large washers are often in use. And just thinking about what's on those moving blankets makes me question the cleanliness of the machines. Yes drying this "free" but the washers are very expensive. The final straw for me, however, is now they require you to load a MoneyCard with a minimum of $10. I was $1 short and I had to put $10 more on the card. I gave away the MoneyCard because I won't come back. All machines do have credit card readers (that used to work just fine) but they won't work anymore. That is just a banking scam that allows them hold on to your money. I won't bell back.

From ants and no toilet paper in the bathroom to roaches crawling along the floor to unclean machines, the message being sent is that we don't care about the customer experience. Also, on two separate occasions I have seen bigotry and hate displayed toward diverse white women patrons by the staff. They will smile in their face and then turn around and slander and berate them in Spanish thinking that they didn't understand what they were saying. The owner condones this behavior and covers up for them. Overall, it is a toxic environment for diverse women who aren't Hispanic. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
