This company absolutely deserves the recognition. So I had a move out/eviction and I was left with lots of nice things throughout the house so finding this company was great. What impressed me first wasn't even the pickup and what they did with all the lovely things I was left with in the house, it was how incredibly easy the entire process was. Late one evening, I was able to go online, describe what I needed removed with some photos I had taken and receive a quote, and schedule a pickup time within minutes. The convenience and simplicity of the entire booking process is what made me choose them. The next morning the staff called and confirmed my appointment and information. On pickup day, they arrived exactly when they said they would. The crew was professional, courteous, and treated the belongings with care, even though they were hauling them away. Kinda made me laugh but they handled everything with respect, as if the items had value beyond just being "junk." He was very professional and easy to understand, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained their cleaning process. He also gave me an itemized quote over the phone, which turned out to be 100% accurate. Greg accommodated my schedule and showed up at my house on time with his wife Tamara. They first did a walk through to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and expectations were set. They were friendly and approachable, and I could tell very early on that they are great people. When cleaning, Greg and Tamara didn't cut any corners. To the contrary, they worked super hard and went WAY above and beyond their call of duty. They vacuumed my carpet several times in all different directions to ensure the removal of several years worth of accumulated cat fur. A while back I accidentally spilled candle wax on the carpet in my office (it was a pretty big spill). Greg noticed it and offered to remove it, which he did with success! I've lived in my house for almost a decade and have never seen the bathrooms so clean.
