They implemented a so-called "fuel surcharge increase" based on fuel prices in other states--not Texas--which is unacceptable. Be extremely careful dealing with this company. They failed to pick up our dumpster on multiple occasions and always had excuses. We ultimately canceled the service. They have documentation showing the account was canceled in September, yet they continued billing us anyway and are now threatening to send the account to collections. To make matters worse, they are also attempting to charge us for a dumpster they refuse to pick up after the service was canceled. I have called more than 15 times requesting to speak with a supervisor or manager. No one ever returns the calls. I've spoken with numerous customer service representatives, none of whom have the authority or ability to properly handle or resolve the account. This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.
