Do not do business with this company. There are other providers that offer better rates and do not continuously raise prices on their customers. They implemented a so-called "fuel surcharge increase" based on fuel prices in other states--not Texas--which is unacceptable. Be extremely careful dealing with this company. They failed to pick up our dumpster on multiple occasions and always had excuses. We ultimately canceled the service. They have documentation showing the account was canceled in September, yet they continued billing us anyway and are now threatening to send the account to collections. To make matters worse, they are also attempting to charge us for a dumpster they refuse to pick up after the service was canceled. I have called more than 15 times requesting to speak with a supervisor or manager. No one ever returns the calls. I've spoken with numerous customer service representatives, none of whom have the authority or ability to properly handle or resolve the account. We were grandfathered in with this company when it took over Midwest Waste( who we loved) we have been a well paying customer for several years , they have been increasing the price every year , what started at 96$ for a 2 yard dumpster is now 148$.. so we called and asked to go down to Two cans instead.. they wanted 100$ to pick up the dumpster and 2 months in advance for the cans! We have never been late or missed a payment.. so we went with a different service , same 2 yard dumpster 106$ a month. Frontier Waste can suck it! read more

They missed my trash pickup on Tues 1/13/26. I have called everyday since it is now Friday 1/16/26. I have been given all kinds of excuses and a great lack of concern about my trash pickup. I had switched from 2 yd dumpster to 2 barrels about 6 mths ago. This is 2nd time trash missed. Last time they came and got it next day. This time different answers. They had been good company until now but their lack of customer service response has really upset me. We will see. read more

Recently cancelled service with Frontier due to their pricing. Just received a new bill from them and when I called they said it was for a 55.00 cancellation fee. I was not informed of this fee on the call when I cancelled or any time previously. Not a company I would do business with. read more

I have had continuous issues with Frontier Waste. They will tell you one thing regarding trash and not pick it up and when I called about it they stated a different thing. They are unprofessional, and are not willing to assist with getting the items picked up when they stated they would pick them up. I would not recommend them to anyone. It is not worth the headache to deal with them. read more

they constantly raise there prices ! we started at 38$ ,now its 55$ they raise there prices every couple months .. also my neighbors got her trash cans crushed by the arms on there trash truck over a year ago an they still have not replaced it .. read more
