One call to Chris Lopez SOLVED everything. He asked me to take a picture and with in minutes he gave me a bid. We agreed on a date and scheduled clean out. Do not do business with this company. There are other providers that offer better rates and do not…read morecontinuously raise prices on their customers. They implemented a so-called "fuel surcharge increase" based on fuel prices in other states--not Texas--which is unacceptable. Be extremely careful dealing with this company. They failed to pick up our dumpster on multiple occasions and always had excuses. We ultimately canceled the service. They have documentation showing the account was canceled in September, yet they continued billing us anyway and are now threatening to send the account to collections. To make matters worse, they are also attempting to charge us for a dumpster they refuse to pick up after the service was canceled. I have called more than 15 times requesting to speak with a supervisor or manager. No one ever returns the calls. I've spoken with numerous customer service representatives, none of whom have the authority or ability to properly handle or resolve the account. This has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I have had service with this company for well over a year, I was going to switch to a larger…read morecheaper company for a dumpster and a gentleman from progressive came out to my property and talked us into staying with progressive, they gave us credit, and brought out a dumpster. When we did not receive a bill for a bit we called several times, multiple witness's to be told by the company we had credit for the bill. We received a $700 some dollar bill in the mail, and when we called about it, seems they cant "find" any record of the calls, the credits they stated, and they are also charging a $250 drop off for the dumpster, no one would agree to that when the other company was offering at a MUCH lower price, we have been scammed by this company, lied to, and over charged, if you have to go with a trash company go with anyone else, this company will rip you off! Lie about it and "lose" all record of all communications they have had with you!
