They did a fantastic job. I had a sofa removal and the quote was $65-$75 and I gave a date of when I would like it to be removed. They arrived on a Sunday within the timeframe I requested but unfortunately my buildings freight elevator was out of service. The guy who came did everything possible but the sofa just wouldn't fit in the standard elevators available. Two guys came the next day and cut the sofa in half and hauled it away! The price went up just a little but still the best value around and the guys were very understanding especially with the limited space to do all that in my apartment. Very pleased. I called around to get a quote to have someone remove a large grill from my yard, they were by far the most reasonable. I texted them and got a quote that day, (even though it was late on a weekend). By Monday they arrived on time, (called me when they were on their way), and hauled away my grill. Nope. Their website says work from Denton to Colleyville...I told them I was in Westlake which is a good half hours drive BEFORE Denton TX and he told me that was "too far to drive". All I wanted was from them to drop off dumpsters and collect easy money. For a company that has DFW in their title, he clearly doesn't know the area. I saw a Groupon special and decided to give these guys a try. Doing a quick comparison, the pricing was lower for the same level of service for the Dallas area. Had a pile of construction debris from a yard project that needed hauling. Ricardo was very helpful in communicating with me on the pickup date/time. The gentleman that arrived on-site to do the actual work was very nice and professional. Came to the front door, introduced himself, and got right to work hauling away everything from my back yard - through the side yard - to his trailer. In a short 30 minutes, he had moved a mammoth pile of stuff away and was packed up. I would definitely use these guys again and would happily pay full price for their services. I called these guys and everything was good ordered a dumpster and it arrived when scheduled. It was March and raining a lot so didn't get to fill it very fast but 8 days later I called that it was ready for pickup and requested another dumpster as I still had more to get rid of the next day the dumpster was picked up and another was dropped off. That week it was filled and called to let them know it was ready for pickup. A few days later it was still there so I called and was told while on the way to pick it up someone rear-ended the driver and damaged the trailer that is used to pickup the dumpster, but it will be repaired and to give them a few days. Well it is mid April and the dumpster is still in my driveway and when I call the phone rings once and go to voice mail, when I text it shows that they have seen the message but I get no response. I have had a full dumpster in my driveway for over 2-1/2 weeks and the city says it is on my private property and I am responsible for it and given me notice to remove it or I will be fined because it has been there to long. Will never deal with them again. read more

Diana - the worst customer service I have received in a long time. Maybe she hates her job? Maybe she is just a sad little troll. I don't know. I called and ordered a dumpster a week and half ago. Delivery time was set between 10 and 11 am. When no dumpster arrived today, I called. Diana answered the phone and I began to tell her about my problem. Before asking me who I was, any information etc- she said she would call the driver and hung up on me. I called back and asked her if she even knew who I was- that she hung up on me before she took my info. She then proceeds to tell me she only has one delivery today so she knew who I was. I asked her to confirm the address. NOT MINE. Then she tells me she has no clue who I am and has nothing on the books for me. I ask to speak to her manager and before I could even call him- he is calling my cell phone. Magically he has a order for me and he knows exactly who I am. Ricardo (the manager) tells me yes he knows the customer service is shitty, there's nothing he can do and says maybe Diana is DRUNK. He says she is probably drunk 2-3 times. WTF. Her manager is telling me she is probably drunk like it's totes no big deal. Gross. AVOID THEM. Ricardo shows up at my house and I don't want a dumpster from this dude and his drunk office manager. HELL NO. So my husband tells him no dice, we won't be using you. Ricardo tells him what goes around comes around. Bleh. I don't know how he is still in business. read more

I rented a dumpster from this firm during the rainy part of late may and early June. The man who dropped off the dumpster was, late, lost and rude. He actually told ME to hurry up and move my car. When I made the arrangements, the guy on the phone told me I could keep the dumpster as long as I needed it. I should call when I was done with it. On June 10 I came home and the dumpster was gone. I called and they told me the city must have come and gotten it. Although I called several times, they have never brought the dumpster back, nor returned any of my payment. I filed a BBB complaint which went unanswered. I would not hire them again to do anything. read more

The guys I had hired to remove my trash for a move out called and cancelled at 3pm the day before I was set to move. I googled trash removal and found the Junk Guys DFW and called to see if they could possibly pick up my trash that same day. They not only were able to pick it up just a few hours later, they were in and out in 15 minutes! I had about 2 pickup truck loads of trash and boxes and it was gone!
