The office where you get paid is too small so it was crowded and confusing -- you have to fill out a form, then go to one window to get your estimate, then go to a window on the other side to give your signature and thumb print so that you get paid. That was the worst part of the whole experience, but overall a better experience than I had hoped for. I will be a return customer.
