Also the increase in move price from what the owner quoted online was wrong. He did resolve the move price. I did put a claim in to get my tv console damage replaced. Waiting to hear back. Honestly I would not do business with this company again because of the hidden fees and the way the move was handled. It could have been done more professionally. Damages to property should be replaced by business especially when it's not usable. This is my honest assessment of this company. I've used Firefighters movers before they did great. Did a search for locksmiths. First one to hit me back was Arman. After a short text back, he said give him 35 or 40 minutes. Well he got here in maybe 25. So were off to a good start already. They didn't dawdle, exchanged a couple of howdies, got right to work. Within 10 minutes, trunk was popped, keys retrieved, crisis averted. This was more than amazing.
