I will not use this company again. They were supposed to pick up this dumpster July 14. It is now August 5. They were supposed to come pick it up again on the third after I called and complained and they still haven't picked it up. I have rentals moving in next week I am now having it towed. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a 10 day dumpster for demo, and could only park it in my driveway. After 10 days, I asked them to remove it. They are now 6 days late with no pickup. I've missed work because I can't access my equipment. My 90 yr old grandfather had to park down the street on Father's Day because of their lack of ethics. Our neighbors are really getting upset. Had a very clear conversation and asked very clear questions as to whether or not they could fit dumpster down our alley, and into our driveway. I asked very clearly "should I go out and do measurements..."? Sales rep said NO. He said with a smaller truck he could get a 20 yard dumpster in there. NOPE! Driver called us and said he couldn't make it in there. Then was notified by office that I was being charged $150 fee. They explained this fee during call when I scheduled, said to make sure to have driveway clear so they could get in there. They did not explain that I could be charged if alley was too small, if that was the case shouldn't he have advised me to measure? He said he was looking at satellite image and with smaller truck it should be fine. I called in to explain this, supervisor said she would listen to call and verify if that was course of conversation... She called back and said it was correct but they were not refunding... WHY? 1. Because I asked what size the box was and should have known?? (I dont deliver dumpsters and would have no idea anyways... I needed to know size of box because I was considering ordering 2 (where I would have lost another $150) 2. Because he explained that there was a "no drop" fee. (Yeah for debris or objects blocking driveway, not when you told me it would fit and I trusted that you know your business. I dont care about the money. I care about the professionalism. I could have just given that money to a struggling family instead of unprofessionals. Next time dont tell me your going to review call just to come up with some debate about why you shouldn't have to honor your commitment to service... Just say "Hey we don't care how you feel, we are keeping your money because we don't want to eat the cost of contracting drivers that we have to pay regardless, even if we completely mislead you! Dumpster was delivered on time and exactly where requested, We ordered a 30yd and when they did not have one upgraded us to 40 yd at no charge. When we scheduled pick up they arrived promptly and hauled it off. Would recommend to any who ask. read more

I needed to rent a dumpster...I knew the task at hand was going to need a LOT of space...I decided on a 20 yard roll-off. My Mom passed and we needed to empty her house of the unwanted and unnecessary contents. We had several generations of storage that FILLED her two-car garage...from floor to CEILING! The folks I dealt with, from the customer service rep, that took my first call to the gentleman that delivered, then picked up the dumpster, were friendly, professional, prompt and TRUE to their WORD! I was really pleased with the roll-off service. The pricing was better than I found from other providers, especially given that the initial fee covers the pickup/delivery and 10 days rental, which was longer than the period covered by the initial fee from other providers. The fee/day after that was higher than other providers but I was just needing it for a week so this was really a good deal. Arranging for pickup and delivery was also very easy and each person I dealt with was very good to work with. As far as needs go for a roll-off dumpster, mine were completely met. read more

I had to give them a one star. They earned zero. Asked for a switch out on Friday. No response. Called back on Sunday and was told Tuesday would be the earliest they could do anything. Called the number on side of dumpster on Sunday had it changed in a hour. Had to find my own solution to their problems. Do not use Google. Call local. read more
