It started off OK- everything was in one week before our wedding. The guys all went and tried on their tuxes. Every single guy had at least one thing wrong whether it was the shoes, vest, jacket, or pants sizing was off. The worker assured us all pieces would be in 2 days before our wedding. When the guys picked up their tux, they only tried on the pieces that were replaced, not thinking they should retry everything back on. One groomsmen shirt had a hole under his arm pit, one had a rip in their shoe, ones shirt (that fit at the try on) was so tight it actually ripped, and my husbands father was missing his pocket square. That wasn't it, worst of all, my fathers pants (that fit at try on as well) were so big on him that for our first dance I had to HOLD UP his pants the WHOLE DANCE!! Susan and her team were amazing! Two weeks before her wedding, my daughter sobbed in the fitting…read moreroom of a tailor's shop. Her beautiful dress looked all wrong. Some of the problems were obvious and others were hard to pinpoint, but the effect was a mishmash. My daughter called Susan and after several reassuring texts, made an appointment to come into The Wedding Dresser. From the get-go Susan understood what was wrong & how to fix it. Her team went to work. The dress was how it should have been - masterful work, a talented team, and able to pull it all off in record time!

The owner of The Wedding Dresser, charges high prices for reasons I cannot comprehend. I brought my…read moredress to Susan and agreed to pay her $1600 for quite a few alterations. I asked to stop the alterations because I could not afford to move forward. Susan said no problem and that the hem was done. When I picked up my dress, the hem was not finished, only the inner layers of the dress had been hemmed and they'd been hemmed WRONG! They were ascending rather than descending. This incorrect hem cost me $750 (1/2 of the total which is very high pricing!) but because I did not have an itemized receipt (though I asked for one) that price shocked me. The top layer was the shortest and they got longer from there so they were ascending rather than descending which is not how I brought the dress in or how wedding dresses are supposed to be hemmed. I called Susan, assuming it had to be a mistake, but she refused to fix her mistake. I found a seamstress to complete all alterations for 1/8 of the price. Susan had google remove my review threatening to sue me for defamation and extortion but I don't want her money, nor did I ever threaten her or lie. I just don't want others to have the experience I had. Google is biased and sides with business often. Customer service is all I ever asked for and wanted, a simple apology, any kind of offer to adjust the incorrect hem would have been more than enough.
