I had a great experience shopping for a bridesmaid dress here. The wedding & bride is out of state, so I had to shop alone & kind of in a rush. My sales associate helped me find the right rack to choose from, and held the dresses up for me so I could see how they would fit once altered. I was able to pay half up front and half when the dress arrived, which Is a very thoughtful business practice that worked out super well for me. I wound up moving out of state after ordering the dress, so I gave them a call to see if they would be able to ship it to me. I paid the second half of the cost over the phone and the day they got it in store they put it back in the mail and immediately shipped it to me. I am grateful for their flexibility and thoughtful practices, + the interior of the shop is very beautiful and well kept. (I picked the strapless one ;) read more

Normally I don't give a review but this occasion deserves it. Yesterday, 3/9/24, I went to this store since it was recommended to look for my wedding dress. When I entered there was a lady in front desk who looked older than all the other girls there helping other future brides and I told her my reason why I was there and she just said yes you go see the dresses and you can try them on, I found it so unpleasant how she served me because she was more interested in the computer than in the client and I saw how others served others well, I felt so sad because I imagined that It was going to be a different treatment because one goes with the illusion of your dress and meeting this woman ruined my day ... And I dare to say that I describe myself perhaps because of my Hispanic physique and since I was dressed in pan and boots I was not all glamorous. read more

It was like a blessing from above as it was not even on our list of places to visit yesterday. Not only were we acknowledged from the moment we walked in but were also asked if we wanted a tour of their layout even after telling them we didn't have an appointment. Amanda was just plain wonderful. She took my sister and I on such a pleasant shopping experience and helped ease my anxiety of trying on and then picking out the perfect dress. Her sweet demeanor and love for what she does definitely shines through. WORST experience of my life with a company!! They ordered the wrong size (and blamed me), completely ruined the dress during alterations, THEN double charged me to fix THEIR mistakes. I was still driving an hour there and back a few short days before my wedding to try to get my replacement dress in decent shape (they initially tried to charge me for the replacement dress too!). The final product was too big & warped/snagged (especially one of the custom sleeves i paid them to make), but I was out of time and had to just take it as it was. They also ruined every bridesmaid dress they touched. We were all using safety pins to keep things together and attempting last minute alterations during the wedding day. DON'T EVER GO TO TO THEM!!!! They also deleted my negative review and others off their Facebook page (including comments of multiple stories demonstrating similar terrible behavior). If you want your dress to be the worst part of your special day, then this is the place for you! read more

Don't let the warehouse like appearance or location fool you, the staff here does a really great job making sure the bride is treated super well and they did a great job helping my friend find something in her budget. After going to almost all of the bridal shops around Portland, I would definitely say they have the largest variety (unless you want a crepe style dress, they only had a few) and most affordable pricing. Jen was very patient with me, I did not feel rushed at all throughout my whole appointment, she was very professional. At the end I was stuck between two dresses and wanted to leave and give it some time to think about. She didn't make me feel pressured whatsoever, and kindly checked in with me weeks later. I had Janiah for my consultant, and I swear she is hands down one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of working with. Bridal Exclusives was the last shop we had gotten to that day (out of four) and it was by far the largest and one of the nicer looking places. Janiah recognized that I had done the whole process several times earlier in the day and really just focused on getting me the dresses I wanted rather than pushing all sorts of dresses at me (like I experienced at most of the other shops). Each dressing room comes with its own little pod, which was fantastic for my group of girls! This was the first place to offer any water or tea which was a great touch. The lighting certainly could have been better, but it was manageable. Janiah was SO professional and incredibly helpful. She read my face with each dress, and was very responsive to my needs. Changing was quick and efficient, and she was great at making sure everything fit well. Honestly she is such a pro. The dress I've picked was available for the same price at two different places, but working with Janiah influenced my choice to go with Bridal Exclusives. They are certainly very lucky to have her there! read more

I had a sales women by the name of Corina Padilla talked me into buying a vail and a necklace. I told her I wasn't sure if I was a vail type of women, she told me not to worry about it that I can refund it later if I would like. Come to find out later, she told me this just to make her commission higher, when I wasn't actually able to refund the items. When I called the manger to refund the items, they told me I wasn't able to (I even have text messages with Corina telling me I can refund the items). She then told me if I wanted to refund the items then my dress would be more expensive because it was a "package" I had bought. I told her that didn't make sense since I have text from Corina previous to me purchasing the items that I would be getting my dress at a discount anyways (she was trying to get me to pick their dress instead of a competitors dress I was interested in that cost less). None of it makes sense to me. Why would they tell me I can't refund my dress, then tell me I can refund it (if they charged more for my dress) and then go back again and say that I can't refund the dress. It seems to me that they will tell anything to the bride to make their commission. This seems very unethical to me and it seems like they take advantage of people who aren't sure how the wedding world works (this is my first wedding). They will tell you anything to make their commission more. Funny thing is, I have text messages with proof of the promises she made me and they are still on Corina's side and not holding up their end of the deal. I also tried to ask for the owner's information to try to resolve this and they withheld all information so this is my next choice. Dresses are one of the most important things when it comes to a women's wedding you would think these people would be more helpful and understanding but they don't care. They are out for themselves and only themselves. this totally put a huge damper on my wedding. Now I don't feel comfortable working with them so I will have to find another place to finish my dress and do the alterations. This blow... I just wish they were more helpful and would hold their employees accountable for the false statements they make to customers. read more

This was the first store I went to in my dress shopping adventure. Alyssa is the happiest, relaxed, most incredible person! Patty was so wonderful and she was my own personal cheerleader during fittings :)! I had no idea what I wanted so Alyssa took the time to give me a wedding dress education, she made sure to ask and remind me comfort things about my dress that I would never have known to ask! She sat down afterwards and gave a detailed and thorough breakdown of the cost of the dress, any alterations, the timelines, etc. I went to my other dress appointments that day but by 5:30pm the same day, I was screeching back into Bridal Exclusives parking lot to buy my dress. The enthusiasm that both Patty and Alyssa feel for their jobs is so infectious! It was, without a doubt, the best possible dress shopping experience ever! read more

I loved how Bridal Exclusives starts you with the various silhouettes and helps you narrow down your choices from there. Alyssa was wonderful to work with and did not pressure me into buying a gown. After trying on gowns at another store, Bridal Exclusives was accommodating in letting me come back and try on my pick for their store. Trying on the dresses back to back allowed me to see which one I truly loved. My dress was exactly what I wanted. I was initially thinking I didn't want a veil, but Alyssa found one that matched my dress perfectly and pulled the whole look together. I felt like a princess on my wedding day! Alterations were a bit stressful as the seamstress was overbooked and a few things did not go as they should have. My crinoline was not with my dress at the start of the appointment, but my Mom figured that out before the seamstress cut the satin layer of my ballgown. The appointment took an hour and the seamstress took the time needed to make sure my big ball gown hugged the floor as it should. When I went back for my second appointment, the crinoline was incorrect which caused me to step on my dress. I came up with kicking my dress to move the layers out of the way when walking, but I knew that would not work for the day of the wedding. When my mom picked up my dress, she mentioned the crinoline issue to Alyssa, who was able to locate the correct crinoline and sent that home with my mom. I ended up needing to put on heels instead of flats, but my dress was perfect for my wedding day. I absolutely love my dress! read more

I spent 6 hours at other shops before coming here, I felt so welcomed by Amanda, she was friendly, nice, and really heard me when I told her what I was looking for. She brought me a brand new dress that had never been tried on and it was absolutely perfect! When I was not sure if it was the one she put a the most gorgeous veil and we all knew it was the one. 3 other woman from the store came over to see me in the dress because it was brand new. After getting out of the dress she took my measurements and then because I was in between sizes she put me back into the dress and had alterations come out and look at it that day. Please read if this is your first time trying on dresses!!! Such a contrasting visit to smaller boutique stores. When I walked in (I had an appointment) I had to flag someone down to be greeted and helped at the front. We started looking at dresses and were scolded for touching or moving a dress... it did not feel welcoming at all. The stylist was zero suggestions, didn't ask about me or my wedding, likes, dislikes, etc. just had no interest whatsoever and pretty much just told me to pick ones I liked and that's literally all I tried. I asked for her to pull some that she thought I would like (since at the other store I went I ended up liking ones I would have never thought I would) but she refused and said "you already picked them so I don't know what else I could do". I'm so upset about the vibe, I couldn't have possibly been happy regardless of what dress I put on because it was just so awful. Also, she didn't care about my price point, didn't ask, and didn't tell me which ones were under, over or which to choose from! I'm just so stunned by the terrible customer service!!! This is supposed to be such a special day for a bride and you should be expected to be treated accordingly! The stylist clearly hated her job and was not passionate about helping brides find the best dress. I'm not sure I would have been this angry if I didn't have an incredible experience at a small boutique beforehand, we were greeted immediately with glowing, happy, stylish that truly just wanted to see me happy. It makes such a difference! Also the lighting, changing rooms, etc are very harsh and low lit, not super flattering for finding the dress of your dreams! I recommend trying other places first, the boutique bridal shop I went to, I ended up saving money! I've never been so disgusted by a business. BEWARE BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE!!!! KEEP IN MIND, 90% OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY HAVE ON GOOGLE ARE ENCOURAGED BY THE STAFF FOR A 10% DISCOUNT. Laughable now. My best friend had been searching for her wedding dress for months like most brides. She finally settled on a gorgeous dress available at Bridal Exclusives in Bridgeport Village. She recieved her dress and started the alterations process. When she came in for her final fitting and her dress had been hemmed 3-4 inches too SHORT. Yes, you read that right they took off length that you cannot get back. The seamstress with 12 years of experience stood there dumbfounded and just kept repeating how she had so much experience and that this rarely happens. RARELY HAPPENS?? This should NEVER happen. The seamstress promised my friend that she would do everything she could to fix it and that she would have to come back. My friend lives in Seattle. She had to miss work and remain in Portland to deal with Bridal Exclusives mistake. The store manager Hope is an absolute JOKE and should not be in a management position. I had to ask to speak to her multiple times before she showed up to discuss the errors at the front desk. I had to direct the conversation and tell her how she should remedy the terrible mistake they had made. Hope told me that my best friend the bride might have to wear a floor model, worn by several other people while they tried to find their special dress. The floor model was not the color she ordered. This was the option Hope offered if they couldn't fix their mistake. I scoffed, I couldn't even believe she suggested this. I asked her to order a new dress immediately and she said no and that it wasn't possible. I told her that they would be figuring out a way to compensate my friend the bride monetarily and that we would hope for the best that they could find length in her dress. Hope is the worst representation of this business. When we went back to see if the seamstress had fixed her mistake she didn't once apologize, or ask how the outcome of the dress went. When we walked out of the building she stood there like a coward and remained silent. Pathetic. Meanwhile I emailed bridal exclusives two different times asking for the General Managers information. I called several times and NEVER once received a reply. When my friend went back to finally pick up her dress there weren't any managers available. The owners daughter was present and WOW if we thought Hope was bad the owners daughter made her look like a saint. After arguing back and forth, without anyone apologizing for the awful experience we had the owners daughter finally offered $250 off the $500 alteration costs. She denied EVER getting our emails..funny I have copies.. I imagine Hope the store manager deleted them because she knew how poorly she had represented this business. BUYER BEWARE. I apologize for the length of this post but it all needs to be said and heard. The first time I went to Bridal Exclusives, it made me so excited to come back. Our experience was phenomenal and we had Janiah as a consultant. AMAZING. Our second experience was plain awful. I think the only reason I was able to get my dress there was because I walked into this appointment and basically knew what I wanted. Our consultant's name was Alissa D. (and the only reason I know this is because she wrote it on a card she gave me because she never introduced herself to the group, ever). I am taking the time to write this because had this been our first ever appointment I would have been traumatized for future appointments. We walk into the store early for our appointment and Alissa is so confused by who the bride is after we explained to her multiple times that we made two appointments (bridal and bridesmaids) back to back. She kept thinking my MOH was the bride. So once we got that cleared up (finally) we told her multiple times that I had three bridesmaids with me and two were unable to come and then she looked at me and asked, so when are the other two coming after we told her that they would not be attending today..already not starting on the same page. She takes us to the place that we will be trying on dresses and half of it has leftover champagne and half empty cups from a previous party and she did not make any attempt to clean it up during the appointment. She takes my suggestions for what I like in a dress and is not comprehending what I am trying to say. I like a trumpet style dress. I like the lace side cut outs but nothing that would be too revealing. I did say "nothing that would look trashy and show too much skin" and she just fixated on that, asking questions such as, "so what store did you go to that had trashy dresses?" Umm none I was trying to explain what I was looking for in a dress. During the process of picking the dresses, she did not help at all. She just stood there and stared at us from the end of the aisle. I get into the dressing room and she takes one dress in at a time which just made the appointment way longer than necessary. She could have easily put away another dress while I was standing in the next one because it's not like she was offering an opinion. I really liked Janiah because she was super knowledgeable about different fabrics, listened to us, and gave suggestions. Alissa did nothing. She just stood there.The only thing she did say was "I don't get why they keep picking dresses with lace all over and saying that they don't like it." This was in the small room with her and I. She had a knack for making me feel super uncomfortable. For our second appointment, she did not assist any of my bridesmaid with trying on their dresses except for when she removed a clip that made one of my bridesmaid almost flash the rest of the group. She did not listen to the two other girls that kept telling her not to do that because there was nothing to keep the zipper up. She did help my MOH after I accidentally clipped her back while I was trying to do the consultant's job! We finally find the dresses for my bridesmaids and MOH (no thanks to the consultant because she just stood in the back of the room, awkwardly staring). We ask the consultant about colors and she was present for the 10 minute conversation that included the one dress all the bridesmaid's were going to wear and trying to figure out the right purple and grey with corresponding designers. She did grab different dresses to show us colors but guess what? She grabs a grey from a DIFFERENT designer from the bridesmaid dress that we chose. She was definitely there for the conversation of us picking the dress considering all the girls tried on this one dress. We finally get the color situation figured out..again..no thanks to our consultant. At this point, we are just questioning every decision she is making. She kind of takes this defensive stance but can you blame us? Now it is time to size everybody and it was evident that she had no idea what she was doing. She put one of my bridesmaids in a dress (for sizing purposes) and says something along the lines of, "yeah, you definitely do not need a smaller size this one is already super tight". My bridesmaid did not say anything about a smaller size she just made a comment about straps falling off which didn't matter because the collectively chosen bridesmaid dress was strapless. I personally did not hear this comment because I would have asked for a different consultant immediately. I asked for color swatches and she was adamant in telling me they did not have any. Another consultant passing by said they did in the drawer.. She looked so inconvenienced and bothered by us. This consultant did not deserve the commission she made. Conversation was super forced and uncomfortable throughout the entire appointment. Love the store but would not EVER recommend this person. read more

Wow!! First of all, request Kendall! She was absolutely incredible - knowledgeable, patient, kind and supportive. I could not have been paired with a better stylist. This store has an amazing selection of dresses. Styles and sizes! I consider myself "plus size" - i wear a size 14 and this store had SO many options for me. The dresses are affordable, and there was ZERO pressure to buy that day. I loved SO many dresses I needed to leave and take some time to review pictures and think on it. I appreciated so much, that there was no pressure to make a rush decision. I will definitely be back and recommend this place to everyone I know! read more

From walking in she made a huge deal about us bein a few minutes late even though we called to make sure it was still okay to come. Then made fun of my name, absolutely zero people skills, she insulted me multiple times during my appointment, drug me around the store I picked 5 dresses that she let me know we're too small for me, not that she could order it or clip it or anything just nope not for you you're too fat. I have worked so hard just lost almost 100lbs and was proud of being a size 12 so hearing this was unkind, and honestly devastating. I have been to two other bridal salons and had a wonderful time! I ended up just walking out. I haven't ever had a shopping experience this terrible don't go here. Ever. read more

Didn't have a great experience here. Our consultant seemed very sweet and welcoming at first but changed on a dime during my pre-fitting consultation. She regaled us with stories of other brides who "went against her advice." She was very belittling of her past customers which instantly put me and my bridal party on edge. She then proceeded to look me up and down and tried to guess my size (why didn't she just ask me out right?), and informed me that many dresses in the store simply wouldn't fit me. She called me "full figured" and "curvy" numerous times and talked constantly about my size. I know I'm not rail thin, but wow! Are you trying to sell a dress or not? Making the bride feel self-conscious and uncomfortable is not the way to make a sale. For the grand finale, when she discovered that I'm gay and having a same-sex wedding she apologized for touching me in the dressing room and said "I've never had a gay bride before--is it weird that I'm touching you?" Unfortunately I found my DREAM dress here but desperately wanted to get out of there at the same time. The idea of giving this consultant the commission on my dress sale makes me shudder. I popped into Bridal Exclusives a couple of weeks ago with my mom in a desperate quest for shoes and a headpiece (band, etc) for my hair to go with my bridal dress. I knew they were appointment only, but they weren't very busy at all (I lucked out for sure). Patty was super helpful as she pointed to the shoes, the headbands and let me bring my dress (that I bought in Colorado) in from the car to try on with the accessories. She and another girl also gave honest feedback which really helped this low-maintenance, but indecisive bride and her mother. They didn't have the shoes in stock I wanted, but let me take some they did have with me to the tailor so that I could be sure to have my dress tailored right. I just called to do a follow up on the order I placed then and my order is well on its way within the time frame they provided. Patty really was delightful and struck me as someone who respected the bride as #1 but without being over the top. Overall, super please with my experience. read more

Purchasing my wedding dress was almost the only thing I was looking forward to while planning my wedding. At the initial consultation I was told by the sales person that she had never seen alterations be more than $100. I asked about this several times and was given the same answer. The dress arrived 2 weeks after the promised date, no apology made, they blamed it on the designer. At the first fitting I was informed that hem's alone start at $180 and go up from there, and bustles start at $75. My total alteration bill was well over $300. Needless to say this would have affected how much I spent on the dress. At the second alteration appointment Kristy the seamstress asked if I wanted the dress steamed before I picked it up. No mention of a charge for that. I assumed after spending $1400 that they would have enough professionalism to not hand me a wrinkled wedding gown. When I arrived to pick up my dress (2 days before my wedding, not exactly any time to challenge them) I was informed the steaming was an additional $50. Again, no apology, they knew they had me over a barrel at that point. To add insult to injury, the dress storage fee of $75 that I had been promised would never be charged to my card was not taken off. I guess keeping my dress for the day it took to send it alterations was worth that. I was also charged $79 for a slip that I didn't buy from them. I called and asked how much they cost, and suddenly there was a charge on my card. These people will take advantage of you. Ask ALOT of questions if you choose to do business with them. read more

I don't like to complain, but I can definately use a feedback on a place if I'm choosing my dream dress. This place had extremely rude and hateful customer service. Absolutely zero customer satisfaction. Nobody wanted to help us with choosing the dress, the ladies figured since the bride was with her friend that they would handle it all themselves. Even though we did find the dream dress at this place, we came back for bridal return to try on and pick up the dress but received very bad customer service again. First of all the dress wasn't ready when we came to pick it up, second, we were hated on because we didn't choose to alter our dress there, and the two ladies were talking rudely about us in the corner and always kept telling us to hurry up and leave because we only had 10 minutes to try on the dress. After we signed off the dress the lady closed the door after us and didn't even apologize or wish a good day of some sort.... also, we paid extra for the dress to be shipped/rushed, and when the dress got there, nobody called us to pick it up, we had to reach them for 4 days via phone and email to schedule an appointment... Like I said, I don't like to complain, but after receiving such bad sevrice, would not recommends this place at all or if you do choose to go look at the beautiful dresses that they have, just expect bad service your way.. read more

I had a great experience at Bridal Exclusives this last weekend! My bridesmaids and I originally planned to go to David's Bridal but found out they wouldn't allow us to bring champage (silly!), so we called Bridal Exclusives and were assured they didn't have the same policy and champagne was, in fact, a welcome addition to our appointment. :-) Our consultant, Ana, was fabulous. She let me rampage the store and scream about the dresses I loved and poo-poo the suggestions I hated. She was funny, encouraging, complimentary and just did a wonderful job with me. I didn't feel pressure to purchase that day, but ended up doing so because I had fallen so in love with my dress. I had the opportunity to do a dress fitting to try on dresses for 2 hours here and brought a couple of my closest friends. It was easy to book the appointment and they checked in to confirm. This was the second place I've been trying on dresses. The woman I worked with, was amazing. We felt relaxed and not rushed but had more than enough time to try on dresses. She made me feel Comfortable and was patient and got my style. I also liked how creative she was along with her seamstress, thinking of creative ways to customize the dress! You know it is going to be a HORRIBLE dress shopping experience when right off the bat I ask the consultant her opinion between two dresses and she responds, "Well personally I don't believe in marriage. I have been with my man 7 years and we don't ever want to get married." Really???!!! I wanted so badly to go off on her and say "I did not ask your opinion on marriage, I asked for your opinion on a dress!!" So disrespectful and out of line. I felt so uncomfortable getting help from someone who did not believe in the entire basis of her job. I believe her name was Tina... Not someone I would recommend at all !!!! She was cold and unwelcoming to my family. There were 5 plus people, and she only brought 1 water bottle to them. No one in my family felt comfortable expressing their thoughts about the dresses because she was so hostile. I brought them because I wanted their help! So glad I found a found a fantastic and much higher quality dress from David's Bridal with my consultant Larissa! Best of all the dress was the same price and designed by Oleg Cassini (Look him up, yeah that's right designer of Marilyn Monroe's wedding dress)!! read more

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Karmen at Bridal Exclusives yesterday after awkward trips to other shops here in Portland and in San Francisco. Karmen listened to me, encouraged me, made me laugh, was honest with me, and helped me find THE perfect non-traditional dress that I feel absolutely stunning in. I had her undivided, extremely knowledgeable attention, and I cannot say enough about how fun she was and how grateful I am for her help. I will absolutely be recommending friends to the shop. UPDATE (9/9/2017): As if the shopping experience wasn't amazing enough, Bridal Exclusives alterations saved my wedding dress when the designer (Allure) sent my custom dress in the wrong measurements - and refused to cover the charges for their mistake. My seamstress Marissa noticed the issue right away on the first fitting, reassured me that they would order and pay for a new dress to make up for the designer's mistakes and do the custom bust herself without charging for the extra work - all while making me laugh along the way. It's now 20 days from my wedding and I absolutely love my dress. Between Karmen's expertise, Marissa's support and amazing talent, and manager Hope going to bat for me with the designer, I couldn't ask for a better bridal gown experience. I traveled to Bridal Exclusives from Olympia, WA after purchasing a bridesmaids dress for a friend's wedding the prior year. I had only tried on a few wedding dresses before my visit, so I was merely expecting to "get a better idea of what was out there," (I'm sure they just love when people say that :) and hadn't necessarily planned on purchasing a dress that day. Anyways, my consultant, Patty, was down-to-earth, patient, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She wasn't pushy and suggested that I try things that I might not necessarily like on the hangar (and luckily she did, because I found my dress!) Even after I found "the one," she let me continue to try on different styles to ensure that I was making the right choice. I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to do so because I was so impressed with the consultants and selection both of the times I visited. I feel really bad for the girl below who didn't have a good experience with Brenna. She was my consultant and my family fell in love with her. She was so great and really had a lot of knowledge on dresses. I was a bit nervous at first going around the store and just pulling dresses I thought were pretty but their was rhyme and reason to it. I actually fell in love with one of the first dresses I pulled and the first I tried on. Brenna was so helpful in the fitting room and was very good at letting the family voice opinions. She was friendly, funny, energetic, and very open to all the feedback I was giving her. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful too. We left at the end of this appointment to go to another appointment and came back because the experience was so horrific at the second place. Bridal Exclusives was very up front with their pricing and I got the dress of my dreams for well under the price I was expecting to. Overall it was Brenna that was the main reason I'd recommend this place. Her personality made the experience enjoyable and I'm really looking forward to seeing her again when I go back for my fittings. read more

I also feel really bad for the girls who had a poor experience. I've had nothing but good times at Bridal Exclusives. I came over from Bend to find a specific dress, after going to every store at home (not a great selection in Bend, I know-shocking). I called a few days before, they squeezed me in, made sure to accommodate for my hectic schedule and got me in for the dress I was after. Once in the dress, I realized it wasn't for me. Not to worry, Shelley immediately started looking for other styles she thought I'd like, and by the end of it, we found a dress everybody 'ooohed and ahhed' at. It was a little out of my budget, but I never felt pressured or anything like that. Shelley just told us to go have lunch, talk it over and give her a call if we wanted to come back in. I did come back in a few weeks later, tried it on with another friend to get her approval, and talked it over again. Still- no pressure from Bridal Exclusives. I came back a final time a few weeks later, and ordered the dress! We all hugged and I'm so happy I decided to make the trip over and get my perfect dress. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. read more
