The ample parking makes it a bit easier to find parking. The service level provided here has always been of high quality and they truly take time to care for your clothing and other products. That explains why I continue to be a regular repeat customer. I value my clothing and want the best care and cleaning possible to ensure a long life of my clothes. They are quick to point out if there was a problem getting a spot out of your garment. While I often don't need a quick turnaround when dropping off my dry cleaning, when I have they are very accommodating in turning around a piece of clothing. I made an appointment with the woman who contracts her alterations through this store. She was nice but way overpriced and it defensive when I challenged her prices. All unneeded was the waist taken in, back east that's under 20$, 12$ in the hood. She wanted 20$ plus 15$? I asked her why there was an additional add on and she explained how 'hard' taking in a waist band is. I don't think she realizes I've been getting that alteration done for 10 years and could do it myself if I had a machine. Won't be back to see her but the store overall is super cute and the Irish lady who runs is is very sweet.
