All unneeded was the waist taken in, back east that's under 20$, 12$ in the hood. She wanted 20$ plus 15$? I asked her why there was an additional add on and she explained how 'hard' taking in a waist band is. I don't think she realizes I've been getting that alteration done for 10 years and could do it myself if I had a machine. Brought in a dress 3 weeks ago and I knew it was a lot of work for this dress. It was the only size left, but not too far from my original sizing but for the amount of stuff that a person has to do with this dress....well let's just say it's quite a bit. He had me try on the dress, pin it, marked it, and today when I went to go pick it up, he had me try it on and lemme tell you, it fits like a glove. I can't possibly be making this up. It hugged in all the right places, like the dress was made for me (even better than the original sizing if I'm gonna be honest). Florentin is honest, kind, and a man of his words. For all of it, it was over 100. Some say it may not be worth it, and some would say it's worth its value. I have never even found a go-to person/place for alterations back home, but I am so pleased and happy I found one in Portland. I wish I could've taken a before/after photo but I'm not one to rave about a place unless I really think it's worth it.
