The ample parking makes it a bit easier to find parking. The service level provided here has always been of high quality and they truly take time to care for your clothing and other products. That explains why I continue to be a regular repeat customer. I value my clothing and want the best care and cleaning possible to ensure a long life of my clothes. They are quick to point out if there was a problem getting a spot out of your garment. When I got it home, it had all of this fuzzy stuff all over it, and there was a dried spot of something - just on the surface, probably a smear of yogurt. I called before I left a review, to give them a chance to rectify it. I was very nice about it, and gave them a lot of grace - things happen. The woman was pretty defensive, and said things like that don't come out in dry cleaning. I mean, it's just a surface thing, and would scrape right off. She didn't say anything about the fuzz. It was very expensive to clean - $48, I expected it to look perfect (within reason, of course, but it already was pretty clean). She finally offered to re-clean it, but I decided not to, because when she said that they can't even flick off a little dried yoghurt, then why bother? I attached a couple of pics - there was twice as much of that white fuzz on it, but didn't think to take a photo until I was halfway through, and also found more afterwards.
