After my car unexpectedly died over the weekend, I realized I was way overdue for a new battery, and initially thought to go to auto zone, but a friend said they'd overcharge me. So I went to this O'Reilly's because it was the closest to where I was that day. Dennis helped me find the battery I needed, gave me a discount through my company, and offered to install the battery. But it doesn't stop there. Upon taking my battery out he realized the issue was much more severe than I previously thought. My negative terminal had partially separated from the coils because it was so old (7+ years) and had been leaking a significant amount of battery acid...two inches of it to be exact was just sitting in the battery compartment. He could have sent me away, but he and Matt grabbed soda powder from the back and poured it all in the compartment to soak up the acid and then vacuumed it out. It took a significant amount of time that they didn't have to give me, but I was so incredibly grateful not just for Dennis's cleaning and installation of it but also taking the time to explain what was going on and what I should do in the future. They both were kind and did not talk down to me, as is common in the car-world to women, and this I almost appreciated more than anything. Matt even recommended a good mechanic to me who could take a good look at anything else that could have been affected. After Dennis was done soaking up and vacuuming up the acid, he installed the battery and sealed it with some grease, etc. I could not have had a better experience and will be driving out of my way (30+ minutes) from now on to visit this specific location next time I need something. These guys rock.

The one or two items I kinda thought could work, like a black quilted vest, were far too overpriced, and that was the after Christmas sale price. Now let's talk about the sizing. They created their own so that everyone is basically a number not associated with the standard sizing, so no one feels like a plus size. Ridiculous. We all know that a 4 is larger than a 0 or 1. All this does is make it impossible to figure out what size pants or top to bring into the dressing room. And to have 4-5 sizes means that each size fits a variety of shapes, so it's either too big or small. Not a fan. Chicos is big on accessories. Thing big, chunky necklaces. More bling. Belts. Scarves.
