We begrudgingly ordered other items but after thinking on it, we were quite annoyed and cancelled our order. The waiter and bartender, err owner (I later learned she was the owner) were nice enough about it. But I gotta be honest, after learning she was the owner and did not take responsibility and let her wait staff take the brunt of the customer's frustration - I'm even more annoyed about it. Fabian went above and beyond for us. While I was parking the car and my friend went inside to check in for our reservation, he had already prepared our table with our menus and made sure everything was ready for us. Throughout the evening, he checked in on us multiple times and made sure we were completely taken care of. His attentiveness, professionalism, and hospitality truly stood out and made us feel so welcomed. Alyssa, our waitress, was also absolutely amazing and provided exceptional service throughout our entire meal. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. Between Alyssa and Fabian, we truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. I have been to 3 Westerly many times, and the experience is consistently incredible. The food, atmosphere, and especially the level of service are always top tier. It is rare to find a restaurant that makes you feel this well taken care of every single time, but 3 Westerly does exactly that. There is a reason I keep coming back -- and will continue to. This is clearly a locals spot and I wish it was local to me, I'd be here all the time. If you're in the area or visiting it, this is the spot to hit! Just note that there's a lot of little upcharges such as extra for more tomato on the burger or sweet potato fries.
