No response. Called 10/8/24 for status update - had to leave a message - no response. Called 10/21/24 - called a few times to reach a human. Told the screen was ordered (ordered 2) - but arrived broken and/or wrong screen. Told the screen would be reordered and repaired. Would take a couple weeks. Called today - 12/04/24 - told the screen had NOT been ordered and no work done on laptop. NOW the screen will be ordered and maybe arrive 12/12/24 - and THEN repairs will be done (fingers crossed). This is 3 MONTHS with ZERO communication apart from initial text. Only updates are when I call and wait to talk to a human - but still not completed. We will see what "maybe I can get a discount on labor" means. I'm not optimistic.
