DJ came this week and installed 4 Ring cameras and a ceiling fan.....3 of the cameras had to be hardwired. I can't say enough good things about him!! He is very professional, knows his stuff, there was no mess at all and everything looks very neat!! I would recommend DJ, owner of Electronic Pros, 100% for any of your electronic or wiring needs!! It was clear when the job was unsatisfactory completed, he had no intention of doing the job I wanted, that he would hang the tv and use a white enclosure to hide the wires instead of placing an electrical outlet and running the wires the proper way. I HIGHLY recommend before you even think about utilizing this company, you get quotes from at least 20 different companies, and make him your very last option. If you like, you're more than welcome to call me, and I would love to discuss my total lack of satisfaction about Jonathan and his useless company, which should definitely be called "Definitely Mr. Wrong"! Our home now has several internet users and I…read morework from home until further notice - the wifi just wasn't cutting it and wifi extenders and mesh systems weren't delivering quality internet to all corners of the house. Tony was very responsive to my needs and listened to me about what I was looking for. We discussed several options, pricing, and expectations before settling on a MoCA network - something I wasn't even aware existed until he brought it up. Since I had already cut the cord from Spectrum, had existing coaxial wiring, had installed a HDTV antenna in the attic, and my home was a 2-story home, it made the most sense. I did some research and hooked the antenna up to an Amazon Fire Recast to free up more coaxial connections for later MoCA use. Tony provided some equipment options but recommended we use my existing wireless routers before spending more money - awesome news to hear! His installer, Eric, arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. Eric even worked to make the system a clean looking install and made a new connection closer to one of the desks for us. We did have one adapter fail after a few days (defective unit) but Tony brought out the new adapter personally and stayed to ensure it worked correctly. The price was reasonable and the results are exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely call Tony back for any of my future home entertainment needs!

Despite the fact they claim to have a 5 year warranty, they stated they wouldn't cover anything other than burn in, despite that not being on the warranty document. After over an hour of escalations, LG agreed to assign a certified tech to review the situation and thankfully it was Kevin at VidTech. He reached out and I was able to send pictures of the issue via text message. He spent time on the phone with them and convinced LG that the panel was truly a warranty issue, saving me over $1800. I just had to pay labor and travel fees, which I feel were very reasonable. He was able to get the panel within a matter of days and set up the appointment. He was very efficient in getting the new panel installed and everything works great now. I wouldn't hesitate to call VidTech for service again in the future.

We had our security camera system installed in our residence today and we liked the work so much, we hired Electronic Pros LLC a second time to install recessed lighting in 5 bedrooms in a couple of weeks.. After weeding through all the BS with companies that either were no show, gave me estimates through e-mail or talked trash of their competitors; DJ came out and gave us step by step of work involved and options we had for our budget. By the way price we paid was no where near the others we got quotes from!! Very affordable for 8 cameras. We received notifications of appointment via text with follow up call from DJ day prior to install. Work was very clean, organized and professionally installed. Work started at 9:30am and DJ did not leave until 7pm until we were happy with camera views and showing us how to operate the system on house TV and cell phones. BTW it rained all day but DJ keep his promised and didn't reschedule having known that our schedules were very difficult. DJ is very polite and professional. We invited the man to join us for food we cooked knowing he had worked straight through with no lunch but he had committed himself to finish another job today. that's standing behind your name and commitment. very happy and highly recommend DJ... Update 02/06/2020 Had the Pros come back for our second project which was to install lights in five bedrooms that were wired for lamps only. Rooms are very bright even the 4" LED's look amazing.
