First off, let me tell you that I've had a lot of "house stuff" going on with different handymen, flooring, AC, roofing companies, etc. coming to my home for repairs, installs, estimates ... you name it. With all of this, I have experienced a large range of "customer service" from home service professionals ... and from all these experiences, I'm putting Frank at the top of my list. He communicates well ... that is a big deal these days! He gives you precise schedule times and tells you when and what he is doing. Again ... a big deal these days. He respects your home when doing work ... which is a REALLY big deal these days. In my opinion, he should teach a course for other professionals about how to treat customers.
