In the very first message, I was told that they price match - but found out that's a lie. I provided custom plasma install with a lower quote from another company and custom plasma install's response was first "we can fix his work." And then when I said, I'm confused (because he didn't answer my question about price matching that) his response was "[competitor] is wrong on his pricing and must be desperate for work." A competitor quote was too low so they resorted to insulting the competitor. I do not want someone like that in my home.

Well, I found Frank by searching online for television mounting and saw his many awesome reviews…read more... and now I'm writing one! This feller is the real deal. First off, let me tell you that I've had a lot of "house stuff" going on with different handymen, flooring, AC, roofing companies, etc. coming to my home for repairs, installs, estimates ... you name it. With all of this, I have experienced a large range of "customer service" from home service professionals ... and from all these experiences, I'm putting Frank at the top of my list. He communicates well ... that is a big deal these days! He gives you precise schedule times and tells you when and what he is doing. Again ... a big deal these days. He respects your home when doing work ... which is a REALLY big deal these days. In my opinion, he should teach a course for other professionals about how to treat customers. Like I said, he is the real deal! As for the television mounting ... WOW! He did a fantastic job. He mounted a BIG television and it looks great. He worked with me about the wall placement and made sure I was happy before mounting the television. (I would add a photo but I'm weird about posting "in home" pictures on public websites.) I will tell you that I'm VERY happy with his work. I will also say that his pricing is competitive and affordable when comparing with other mounting services! He's a win-win! Frank gets a big "yay!" from me. I have another television to mount (when I figure out which room it is going in) and I know who I'm calling!!
