They literally took my plate, set it on the counter for a couple minutes, scooped a sad excuse for Birria on top then walked it back out. I took a bite, noticed it was now cold eggs and holandaise and set my fork down. Server came back over and asked if it was ok. I told her it was now cold and to please bring the bill. I could tell she was embarrassed and had some level of pride in this restaurant, but I can't say the same about the kitchen staff. This should never happen at any restaurant. Have some pride in what comes out of the kitchen. I will not be returning to 1319 Woodfire Tavern again and suggest you consider another option.

I am so often disappointed by pizza crust - but this one keeps me coming back for more! As a huge bonus, it's freshly milled organic wheat, so it's way healthier than your average crust and it tastes way better in my opinion. The sausage pizza and the dessert pizza are top-tier; each bite reminds me how much I love it. We didn't love the hot honey as much, there just really wasn't enough hot honey on it. Their drink menu got a lot smaller, but the drinks that are on it are delicious (at least of the ones we had). Huge props to Loon for also including some mocktails and NA options. So even though the pepperoni pizza didn't blow us away and I'm bummed at the limited cocktail options, I'm still giving it 5 stars because their sausage and dessert pizzas are easily my favorite pizza nearby.
