Nestled behind the beloved Red Bench Bakery in Chaska, Chef Andy's new speakeasy is an absolute must-visit. With a passion for food and baking that started when he was just eight years old, following in his mother's footsteps, Andy has crafted a space that blends nostalgia, creativity, and top-tier flavors. This speakeasy is small and intimate, offering a cozy yet elevated atmosphere perfect for a night out. The cocktails are a masterful mix of classic favorites with unexpected twists, making each sip an experience in itself, ( Thanks to group of mixologist Jonah , Joe , Luke , Andy ) and their creativity !! They paired that with a carefully curated menu that showcases Andy's love for bold, refined flavors, and you have a hidden gem worth discovering. It's not all about whose place it is but it's how it's ran, what was noticed was that it's was a family that's so much more!! So !! Whether you're looking for a unique date night spot or a fun outing with friends, this speakeasy is a must-see, taste, and try. It's a delightful escape where craft cocktails and culinary expertise come together beautifully right next to one of the best bakery in town. ( thankyou hard workers too that I did not meet or mention but you all know who you are !) bon appétit !

Love this hidden gem! We go here for our date nights and it's such a great speakeasy. The drinks are great and service is amazing! Fun place for a birthday party or chill night getting drinks.

Came on a busy friday night. Had to wait a bit for drinks but overall good service. Ordered the blush & bourbon and pardon my French. The raspberry foam on top of the blush & burbon was an odd pairing but not bad. Pardon my French was refreshing.

Was down in the area looking for a spot to try and Rouge 41 popped up. Parking was in back and there a huge sign pointing you where to go so not very hidden at all. Walk between building and just look for the red light. Visited on a Saturday night at around 8:30 and the place was packed. It's a very small, intimate space with a lounge sofa/booth area in back and a few tables as well as ~10 bar seats. Overall the place holds around 30 people at max capacity. We had to wait around 15 min to grab spots at the bar but then multiple groups were leaving. I felt bad for the group of 4 that was waiting with us as the bailed less than 5 min before they would have gotten seats. They have a pretty extensive whiskey menu and a few signature drinks. We tried the Rogue Awakening and the Notorious TRB. TRB was the winner. Would have tried some of the food as well but we just weren't hungry unfortunately. What we saw looked pretty tasty. Service was pretty good. There were three people working. One was definitely more engaged/personable. If I go back I'd probably opt for a table instead of bar as there wasn't much interaction. Ambiance is nice, gives you the hidden, speakeasy feeling. Overall seems like a nice addition to Chaska.

Step back in time at Rouge41, where the echoes of the Prohibition era come alive. Behind the neighborhood The Red Bench Bakery there is now a speakeasy! The 1920s-inspired ambiance seamlessly blends with the bakery's contemporary charm. The expert mixologists craft cocktails worthy of Gatsby himself. Try the "Chaska Stinger" one of their most popular drinks, a brandy-based concoction with bourbon. Or sip on the "Blueberry Yum Yum" which is lemonade with blueberries, fresh mint that I highly recommend. The owner, Andy, embodies the spirit of hospitality. He is genuine about wanting the best for Downtown Chaska.

This speakeasy is located behind Red Bench bakery. There's a hallway that leads to the speakeasy bar just down from the restroom. Otherwise go to the back of the bakery and you'll find the red light above the door that says Rouge 41. Service was great, the server explained their holiday special drinks and checked on us quite often. We ordered devil eggs and tuna. The tuna was delicious!! Devil eggs were topped with crispy bacon. It's a small bar and can get busy quick.

Popped into the new Chaska speakeasy... "Rouge 41" on Saturday night. A super cool new space reminiscent of a 1920's prohibition saloon. Managed to locate the secret entrance without too much trouble, and we were fortunate enough to grab seating for the 6 of us right away. Service by Kevin was perfectly attentive. Loved the creative cocktails. Had dinner plans so our bites were limited to deviled eggs and maybe the best bruschetta that I've ever had (think bacon onion jam). Not a place to camp out due to limited seating , although a perfect spot for preliminaries before heading out. We be back for sure.

Cozy and stylish bar with excellent drinks! We also had the burrata app and it was delicious - could tell they used fresh ingredients. We will definitely be back!

Both drinks were delightful and were semi-sweet but not too sweet. The mixture of the Don Corlione had a perfect blend of citrus and sweetness. We then ordered the pastry puff poppers and they were amazing. The sauce complemented the pastry puffs and the filling left you wanting more. To finish the night we ordered tiramisu, cheesecake, and some bubbles. Thank you Cameron for the amazing service and experience we hope to be back again soon.

We went back today and while it was still good, definitely wasn't as good as it was last time. The jerk chicken plate removed the beans, changed the rice, and got rid of the sauce so it wasn't as good though it was a bit less dry than last time. They also removed the Ropa Vieja from the menu which was our favorite. My husband had the Cuban sandwich and was not impressed. The fries with it were good. The drinks were still great. Service was friendly but slow (drinks, food, and waitress all slow). Another in our party got the blackened salmon which was really good. Unfortunately, I was so nervous they would remove or change the menu to be worse, which is a common theme I've noticed with 4 different restaurants by these owners now, so I was so bummed to see that's exactly what happened. Such a cool vibe, great drinks, and a really cool new patio - but the food needs a bit of work - bring back the Ropa Vieja and the better jerk chicken!
