Beautiful fun and delicious ! Carda num num ( ice cubes made out of juice !!)

Nestled behind the beloved Red Bench Bakery in Chaska, Chef Andy's new speakeasy is an absolute must-visit. With a passion for food and baking that started when he was just eight years old, following in his mother's footsteps, Andy has crafted a space that blends nostalgia, creativity, and top-tier flavors. This speakeasy is small and intimate, offering a cozy yet elevated atmosphere perfect for a night out. The cocktails are a masterful mix of classic favorites with unexpected twists, making each sip an experience in itself, ( Thanks to group of mixologist Jonah , Joe , Luke , Andy ) and their creativity !! They paired that with a carefully curated menu that showcases Andy's love for bold, refined flavors, and you have a hidden gem worth discovering. It's not all about whose place it is but it's how it's ran, what was noticed was that it's was a family that's so much more!! So !! Whether you're looking for a unique date night spot or a fun outing with friends, this speakeasy is a must-see, taste, and try. It's a delightful escape where craft cocktails and culinary expertise come together beautifully right next to one of the best bakery in town. ( thankyou hard workers too that I did not meet or mention but you all know who you are !) bon appétit !

Love this hidden gem! We go here for our date nights and it's such a great speakeasy. The drinks are great and service is amazing! Fun place for a birthday party or chill night getting drinks.

Was down in the area looking for a spot to try and Rouge 41 popped up. Parking was in back and there a huge sign pointing you where to go so not very hidden at all. Walk between building and just look for the red light. Visited on a Saturday night at around 8:30 and the place was packed. It's a very small, intimate space with a lounge sofa/booth area in back and a few tables as well as ~10 bar seats. Overall the place holds around 30 people at max capacity. We had to wait around 15 min to grab spots at the bar but then multiple groups were leaving. I felt bad for the group of 4 that was waiting with us as the bailed less than 5 min before they would have gotten seats. They have a pretty extensive whiskey menu and a few signature drinks. We tried the Rogue Awakening and the Notorious TRB. TRB was the winner. Would have tried some of the food as well but we just weren't hungry unfortunately. What we saw looked pretty tasty. Service was pretty good. There were three people working. One was definitely more engaged/personable. If I go back I'd probably opt for a table instead of bar as there wasn't much interaction. Ambiance is nice, gives you the hidden, speakeasy feeling. Overall seems like a nice addition to Chaska.

Came on a busy friday night. Had to wait a bit for drinks but overall good service. Ordered the blush & bourbon and pardon my French. The raspberry foam on top of the blush & burbon was an odd pairing but not bad. Pardon my French was refreshing.

Step back in time at Rouge41, where the echoes of the Prohibition era come alive. Behind the neighborhood The Red Bench Bakery there is now a speakeasy! The 1920s-inspired ambiance seamlessly blends with the bakery's contemporary charm. The expert mixologists craft cocktails worthy of Gatsby himself. Try the "Chaska Stinger" one of their most popular drinks, a brandy-based concoction with bourbon. Or sip on the "Blueberry Yum Yum" which is lemonade with blueberries, fresh mint that I highly recommend. The owner, Andy, embodies the spirit of hospitality. He is genuine about wanting the best for Downtown Chaska.

Bar - The image shows the interior of a bar decorated for the holiday season, with Christmas ornaments and tinsel wrapped around a central column. Patrons are seated at the bar on high chairs, engaging with the bartender who is preparing drinks. The bar area is well-stocked with bottles and has a modern, warm ambiance with dim lighting and decorative ceiling fixtures. The floor is tiled, and there are additional tables and chairs in the foreground.

This speakeasy is located behind Red Bench bakery. There's a hallway that leads to the speakeasy bar just down from the restroom. Otherwise go to the back of the bakery and you'll find the red light above the door that says Rouge 41. Service was great, the server explained their holiday special drinks and checked on us quite often. We ordered devil eggs and tuna. The tuna was delicious!! Devil eggs were topped with crispy bacon. It's a small bar and can get busy quick.

Popped into the new Chaska speakeasy... "Rouge 41" on Saturday night. A super cool new space reminiscent of a 1920's prohibition saloon. Managed to locate the secret entrance without too much trouble, and we were fortunate enough to grab seating for the 6 of us right away. Service by Kevin was perfectly attentive. Loved the creative cocktails. Had dinner plans so our bites were limited to deviled eggs and maybe the best bruschetta that I've ever had (think bacon onion jam). Not a place to camp out due to limited seating , although a perfect spot for preliminaries before heading out. We be back for sure.

Cozy and stylish bar with excellent drinks! We also had the burrata app and it was delicious - could tell they used fresh ingredients. We will definitely be back!

Now, THIS is a heavenly slice of cake! - A square piece of layered cake features alternating chocolate and vanilla layers, with a smooth, glossy chocolate glaze on top. The cake is served on a white plate, with a decorative yellow element on the top corner. The cake appears moist and rich, with a clean cut showing the distinct layers.

The wait at the table was longer than we anticipated but luckily for us, there were some bar seats available. The bartender at the moment was Cameron. He gave us the rundown on the food and drinks and made several recommendations. We started off the evening with the Don Corlone. It was very tasty and also an Andorran Martini. Both drinks were delightful and were semi-sweet but not too sweet. The mixture of the Don Corlione had a perfect blend of citrus and sweetness. We then ordered the pastry puff poppers and they were amazing. The sauce complemented the pastry puffs and the filling left you wanting more. To finish the night we ordered tiramisu, cheesecake, and some bubbles. Thank you Cameron for the amazing service and experience we hope to be back again soon.

Considering we wanted earlier and we took the reservation time they gave us, it was disappointing to not get to eat. The drinks were really fun (bartender was killin' it) and dessert was included in the kitchen so not available but did manage to finagle one of the 4 options and we got the strawberry cheesecake (friends not a strawberry fan but we were hungry) because they wouldn't serve the others or they were out. Really poor planning for such a busy 'date night' weekend. I loved the speakeasy feel and will go back for that. Hopefully we'll get to eat there the next time. Experience a plus. We went back today and while it was still good, definitely wasn't as good as it was last time. The jerk chicken plate removed the beans, changed the rice, and got rid of the sauce so it wasn't as good though it was a bit less dry than last time. They also removed the Ropa Vieja from the menu which was our favorite. My husband had the Cuban sandwich and was not impressed. The fries with it were good. The drinks were still great. Service was friendly but slow (drinks, food, and waitress all slow). Another in our party got the blackened salmon which was really good. Unfortunately, I was so nervous they would remove or change the menu to be worse, which is a common theme I've noticed with 4 different restaurants by these owners now, so I was so bummed to see that's exactly what happened. Such a cool vibe, great drinks, and a really cool new patio - but the food needs a bit of work - bring back the Ropa Vieja and the better jerk chicken!

My unforgettable experience at Blue Goose in St. Cloud was created by my interaction with the kind, beautiful bartender, Winters! You can feel Winters' passion about mixology as soon as she asks what you would like to drink. And if you were lucky like me who encountered her and her lovely coworkers/friends around her. It's akin to the scene in Lost in Translation when Bill Murray stumbled on the locals in Japan and being invited to have a great night out with them. I ask winters for a cocktail after being super happy with her spirit suggestion. And she made me a drink that is tart and just right amount of sweetness that leaving me wanting more. I was lucky to get a tour of the speak easy, which further enhanced the night with the shock and awe that one feels when seeing this place for the first time. The history of this place is carefully preserved and enhanced by the Easter eggs that is all around the speakeasy. The tour of the speakeasy was definitely a cherry on top. But what makes this evening an unforgettable one for me is Winters and her coworker-family. It was unplanned but winters and her crew turn my otherwise mundane evening into an unforgettable night. So stop by; try you luck. You can't lose with Winters' cocktails and company.
