This dealership went above and beyond to help me when my starter went out in their parking lot! My car is not a Honda! They did not have to help me. Praise God! I kept getting offered coffees and to sit in the waiting room while the mechanic fixed my car. Very grateful!! Blessings to this establishment and hope people support this business. read more

Awful experience - went there twice because they promised to get us a good price without wasting our time. The first time they could not locate the car advertised. The second time we went back and forth many times and had to walk out. The next day they called us to offer a slightly better price. By then we had already purchased the Honda vehicle we wanted, at a lower price. Very disappointing that as former Honda customers (had purchased two new Odysseys back to back) we found a better deal and had a much more professional experience at a SUBARU dealership. Don't waste your time here. read more

Atrocious customer service. Have been leaving unanswered messages for weeks trying to obtain a key that was paid for that I was told would arrive in around 3 weeks. It's 3 mo later. Unacceptable. Will now have to head into the store just to get an answer which is massively inefficient. read more

This place is a headache. As seen by my account, I rarely complain about anything. I've been going to Honda services for 20 years, and I love Honda services. However, before I thought that Bricknell Honda Ruined my car, I considered this the worst Honda. First, I choose this place due to the 15% coupon. It was a bate in switch, the Honda in key largo down the street is 16% less expensive. The service representative assured me that all the 30k services are exactly the same. After the car was completed, the another representative told me he was wrong. There were so many many issues, they have a long survey on their way. The day after services the tire pressure went low and it was making a funny sound. I decided to go to the nearest tire shop and they said Honda probably did not do the inspections. I paid extra for the 30k service and extra Services, and I already knew they did not do the inspection. I complained to the manager instantly receiving the car because they missed an issue. He kindly fixed it ASAP, but usually I do not need to do my own inspection after paying almost one thousand dollars. Even at Walmart 20 years ago I felt more comfortable with their inspection. I brought it back in two days later, and tried to tell them about the tires and they said it was the weather that changed my pressure. They thought it was something else. They didn't care to listen. Despite my lack in confidence in their service, they fixed the missed tire issue. I received a call before noon, and my associate helper was unavailable to answer for a few hours. When I finally got a hold of him, he said he would call a Lyft to pick me up. 30 minutes later I figured out he forgot. It was difficult to get a hold of him. I received my car more than 3 hours after his call. My car unnecessarily spent all day there. I was picked up in time to hit Friday rush hour in Miami. Needless to say, I will not go back. I am still not sure if they did all the services, and I don't trust them that I really needed the extra services in the first place. I will same some positive things. The manager Migel Diaz was nice. I love the Lyft services 4/4 positive reviews. It's more practical than the better than a shuttle service in the city. read more

Zero Fucking stars!!!!! Worst dealership from sales to finance and lastly management!!

I've been a solid Honda customer for 27 yrs & I'm on my 3rd Honda w/the previous lasting 16 yrs. As that time has gone by the service and response has gone so downhill. Two things I'll share. Don't expect to get through to service by phone. It'll either keep ringing or you'll get hung up on. And I'll share today's experience. My current car that I got in December is pre-owned certified with an extended warranty. I went & was told a diagnostic would cost me $210. Really?!?! He didn't bother to look at the vin # to get the right info on the car &its purchase details. I figure he's thinking it's not a new car so it's gonna cost her &lastly because I'm a woman I wouldn't know any better. So when I objected, oh he looks it up & guess what..he finds my extended warranty & it'll cost me nothing. HONDA MANAGEMENT: My experience today projects ur staff wants to just get ppl out of the way (no one else was waiting) and charge unnecessarily. read more

Horrible customer service. How did they even get their job??? All the do is avoid answering and just transfer you to someone else. Front desk transferred me to human Resources, then HR transferred me to sales, then sales transferred me back to HR.. kept going for multiple days. Save your breath, spoke to 3 people over the course of 10 hours to get pricing on a truck. Guess what I'm still waiting.

if you've had a negative experience after servicing your vehicle at this dealership, please report them to the florida department of agriculture and consumer services. https://csapp.fdacs.gov/cspublicapp/complaints/mvrcomplaint.aspx do not bring your vehicle here for service. they scammed my mother for over 4000 dollars in useless repairs. my mother went for normal servicing and then after paying a ridiculous amount of money, a week later the sensor started turning on and she immediately took it back. they went to then charge her over 1000 dollars for one sensor and then 1 day later all her sensors came on which was her abs module. i knew they were fishy after charging her so much the first time so after her car began showing up with these problems immediately after they had it in their possession, i personally got involved to complain in person for scamming my mother and switching out her original parts for defective ones. since then, i decided to never return and im still awaiting for this abs module im purchasing from oem (honda factory) but its been in backorder for months now... all this occurred in a one month span. a month later after complaining about them switching the abs mod, i checked her oil and it was literally empty yet it was serviced the month prior! i told my mom not to go there but she was so mad that they went ahead and took her car in and added the oil without charging her. ..but guess what? her alternator is now messed up. i went back to complain because it doesn't take the whole day to put oil in her car but they gave it back to her with noises coming from the alternator. please be aware that as a consumer you have the right to make a claim with the florida department of agriculture and they will do their proper investigations and close them down and recover monetary loss. read more

The absolute worst dealer I have dealt in my life! From the sales process, delivery of my car, and to dealing with Service. They did not deliver the options that were promised and refused to make the promised changes. They will not even answer phone calls. We really enjoyed the experience at this Honda dealership. Right now in June, 2021 due to COVID, we only had to wait about 20 minutes for someone to approach us within the building. The two salesman were very knowledgeable on the vehicle. The GM unfortunately didn't speak English or Spanish too clearly (we spoke both) so we had a little bit of trouble understanding the negotiations part BUT he was very helpful in helping us make a decision. Although he was a bit abrasive and rude, we absolutely loved the full experience we had there. The spacious parking lot, the clear location and the knowledgeable salesman are the reason we WILL be back! read more

Lousy service quality! I went in for regular service. Oil change and tire rotation. The very next day I had a message on the dashboard about tire pressure being low. They had ONE JOB! And that was to ensure the tire pressure was correct! I immediately drove to a gas station nearby to check the tires and indeed they were at 29 PSI when the right pressure was 32 PSI. I had to schedule another appointment because the sensor kept indicating low pressure even after putting the right pressure in all 4 tires. When they were finished they gave me the car back no explanation and no paperwork whatsoever of what they did. I spoke to the manager who confirmed no paperwork had been completed. Perhaps indicating that when I went there the first time the service was done correctly and I had no need to return to fix their "professional service". He simply said" I apologize and come to see me next time" WHAT NEXT TIME?!!!! after such a lousy experience I will NOT be back there! They even charge you 3% additional if you use a credit card. The nerve! My appointment was at 4:30p and since they close at 6p clearly they were rushing the work and didn't even check the tire pressure. I wasted my money and my time twice there. No accountability and no professionalism, they will not have me back as a costumer ever again. read more

Nearly got hit by a car from their inventory when it ran a stop sign while speeding on SW 7 Ave. It was a blue Lexus IS on March 13, 2019 between 12:30pm and 1pm. Instead of even apologizing, they deflected and recommended I call the police. WARNING ..0 stars if possible - dealer commits FRAUD! Recently leased a vehicle from them and noticed a difference in the mileage allowance when I received my first statement from Honda financial vs. what I signed up for. Upon logging into my Honda financial portal I see the contract they have on file, submitted by this dealer, was not the one I signed and have a copy of. The fraudulent lease submitted to Honda financial includes different terms and my signature was clearly forged! Not sure how a place like this stays in business. Avoid them and take your business elsewhere! read more

DO NOT come here for any type of service or repair! They are extremely incompetent in their work and will try to rip you off. I brought in my 2018 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T which had an issue with the front radar sensor causing issues with the Adaptive cruise control feature of the car. On day 1 I just got a diagnosis and was told they needed to order the part which is fine. On day 2 they installed the part which is located at the very front of the vehicle exposed and easily accessible. It took them 3 in a half hours to do that apparently. I took my car home after that and saw they forgot the cover for the radar so I called but they were already closed. On day 3 I went in just to put on the front radar cover which is literally a small piece of plastic that clips onto the radar. Also took them 3 hours to do. When I finally receive my car back this time I check it. I see that the wheel well fender clips on the drivers side are missing and the splash guard for my car is missing as well. And they stated "we don't need to go down there to service the radar". Which is correct but that first time "diagnosis" they did was to check the car for maintenance as well because the light was on in the dash. And so now they claim that it wasn't them who took those pieces off and they do not want to reimburse or fix the issue. I've tried getting into contact with the managers at said this location to resolve the matter but everyone is in on it I guess because no one will give you a straight answer. My suggestion don't bring your car to this place ever or buy it here. Probably one of the worst Honda dealers out here in Miami. read more

Would like to clarify below review was for air conditioning repair services to my Honda Accord. However, doubt not, they will butcher any other services and repairs... the AC one in my case just being the most expensive, and useless after 1 year, finally convinced me to never return! in may of 2024 i was having major problems with my car which i had towed to brickell honda. i left my car over night to be repair. when i went to pick it up they told me they had repair what was wrong, but stated i needed to go get my battery either charged or get a new battery from where I bought my battery. as i was driving to check my battery, many of the same lights liteup on my dashboard that had come on prior to me taking the car to brickell honda. i continued to drive to the retailer. once in the parking lot i called brickell honda to inform them what was happening. they just said get battery checked. the retailer checked the battery & stated the battey was fine, i didn't need to buy a new battery, they thougt it was something to do with the starter. when i called back brickell honda & informed them of what the retailer had informed me & they stood by that it was the battery. not once did they say to return to the dealership. i had called a friend mechanic that was in town & asked for advice, he check the car& found that who had ever worked on my car hadn't replace pieces that he found on top the engine, letting us know they had done shoddy work. it cost me close to $3000 & my car came out worst then it went in. i refused to take it back to brickell honda & i will never go there again! read more

The service department at Brickell is the very best!! I drove over metal debris on I95 in Miami on my way from Orlando and sustained extensive damage to my CR-V. I had the vehicle towed to the Brickell Honda service department after hours. I had made contact with Sam (service advisor), prior to the vehicle being received. Sam checked in the vehicle and assured me that he would be responsible for the damage assessment and subsequent repair. Wow! Sam and his team worked magic and the car was returned to me with all repair completed within 48 hours. There is no visible evidence of damage. Great people and Excellent service. Everyone in the sales dept was super nice. Thank you diana mergarejo for everything!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They waste your time on the phone asking for details and everything confirming you're going to buy a vehicle there just to sell it 1 hour later and not tell you till the next day. Then they try to sell you something else not even close to what you were trying to buy. Very bad dealership read more

By far the worst car buying and service experience. I have bought three cars from Brickell Honda. In 2017, I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic and 2017Honda CRV. As I was purchasing outright, I assumed this would be an easy process. I waited at the dealership for over 8 hours before I was able to leave. Apparently the financing department handled my purchase last because I was not financing the car through the dealership and paying cash. In 2019, I returned to purchase another vehicle. Again, I was paying cash. This time I waited 5 hours for the vehicle to be prepared and when it was "ready" the gas tank was empty; I was given a voucher to drive to a gas station with the tank on "E". Additionally, the financing person who handled the paperwork was very rude and several times used profanity referring to "Miami People". I am a paying customer at a car dealership, not some guy he met in a bar. Very unprofessional. I mentioned the details in the "customer satisfaction survey" and never received a response. With regards to service, I have brought my vehicles into Honda for service since purchased. The first time they rotated the tires they returned the car without valve stem covers. During my last visit, for a factory recall issue, I made an appointment for 8:45 and was not seen until 9am. The representative that I was scheduled to see, Sam Vidal., handled two walk-in customers that arrived after I did and did not even acknowledge me. I asked another rep who then helped and said "Sam" would contact me. I was told my vehicle would be ready in an hour. I returned 2-hours later and the vehicle was still not ready. I was told 20 minutes and waited 45 minutes before being called by "Sam" by phone, I was standing behind him. I went outside to retrieve my car and had to ask for the plastic cover to be removed from the seat and the paper to be removed. I then drove it to a local car wash to have it cleaned because of the mess they made. I prefer Honda vehicles and visited Brickell Honda because it is close to home. I plan to purchase another Honda in 2020; however, I will not be returning to Brickell Honda. "Customer Satisfaction" is not a priority. Update 11/01/2019: I recently returned and received the service that was expected when you visit a Honda Dealership. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was attended to immediately. The service technician that greeted me was very polite and attentive. Our car received service and I was called to pick it up within a few hours. All the protective disposable covers and paper had been removed from the vehicle this time. read more

I leased a car from Brickell Honda and the saleswoman was great but their finance department is shiesty and incompetent. Firstly - they pulled my credit twice without consulting me. The first pull apparently yielded incorrect information (which didn't make sense) but I was offered a letter by Grethel in their finance department which I could show to my credit bureau regarding the false pull. After following up for a month and being told it was on the way, Grethel then avoided me altogether. I attempted to speak with the Finance Director, Michael, who also dodged my call. Then a 3rd person by the name of George got involved, and he too became unresponsive. Little did they know, I am actually in the process of buying a 2nd car and while I'm very happy with my Honda, I'll be going to purchase it from another dealership. read more

I had a tire blow out near my child's school. I called roadside assistance they came quick. I thought it was best that I go to the closest Honda dealership for a replacement since I had my son with me and I don't like driving on a donut. Biggest mistake!!!!!!! I arrived to Brickell Honda at 5:30 yes I know that that they close at 6. I had explained that I have a tire road package issued through assurrance when I purchased my car at another dealership and that they advised me to go to the closest Honda dealership. I was told by brickell honda that the insurance company closes at 5 and that I would have to pay out of pocket $275 and attempt to get In contact with insurance company for reimbursement. I have no problem paying however before I do so I called Autonation where I purchased my car. The nice lady there advised me that assurance is still opened and provided me a number for brickell to call. Brickell Honda advise me maybe I am better off going to Autonation Nissan since it's an Autonation. I proceeded to call Assurance and their offices indeed were open all they needed was to speak to Brickell Honda to get the ball moving. However the manager I had spoke to there decided to disappear and his advisors are a reflection of his management. I left with my son at 5:45 with my my small child en-route to a tire shop since the tire packet is honor basically Anywhere including BRICKELL HONDA unfortunately it was brought to my attention by the tire shop I proceeded to go to that the tire I have is one that is special order and will take two to three days and is normally available right away at the dealership. Good news to the story next morning day I went to another Honda dealership no questions asked gave them the claim number that I did over the phone the previous night and I have a replacement. If you like a place who doesn't care doesn't provide good customer service doesn't car for your safety go to Brickell Honda. Called Brickell to check on pricing of a car they have in stock spoke with Danny. My husband and I are buying a car today and have received pricing from other Honda dealerships locally. Danny quoted me the MSRP which can easily be found online but I asked over and over and over for his best price. He could only give me his best price if we came to the dealership. I told Danny we're not coming to the dealership and less he had a price better than we had already received over the phone. BAIT AND SWITCH. Was quoted a firm price with the internet department. Intnernet Manager Olivia actually referenced another recent transaction that matched my numbers so I had no reason not to believe her. Upon arriving at the dealership I had an appointment set with a sales manager. However, I was redirected to a sales person aka client specialist where Jorge Carta proceeded to restructure the deal costing thousands more. E-mailed the owner Mario Margudo who's personal secretary stated they would honor the original price, only to get a call from the general sales manager Jason saying and doing everything possible to walk the agreement back. Their words mean nothing even at the highest level of the organization. The dealership can not be trusted. read more

Here's the classic story for you. I show up to the dealer for service on the car. Tell them about a noise that I've been hearing and play a video of it to the "specialist". They tell me they want to charge me $145 to have a diagnosis done on the vehicle. He tells me it could be the timing Belt and this service runs upwards of $1,000 but the diagnostics at the cost of $145 would be able to confirm the problem. The car has been running fine without any issues except the noise so I decline and decide to go with an oil change that was due. Fairly harmless right. Oil change is complete I go about my way. Shocker!!!! My car all of a sudden stops working. I'm shocked!!! It won't start!!! WHAT A COINCIDENCE. If you haven't gotten my hint of sarcasm... ...Needless to say, I don't believe in coincidences, but rather cause and effect. Car has noise but no other issues, i take them in, tell them about the noise, and like clockwork it stops working. I guess I now have to take the car back to them so they can run the diagnostics and charge me over $1,145 for the work that needs to get done. Shucks the coincidence, right?!?!? All in all, I am never buying another vehicle from Brickell Honda (that was another horror story), nor am I taking it over there for service. I'm better off taking a trip to Vegas where I at least know before I play the odds favor the house. I don't expect that out of my vehicle service. Period. If I could give them 0 stars I would!!!! read more

Well well well. As all dealer ships in this nice area, Honda Brickell did not disappoint me with being incompetent. First things first. When I walked in, nobody came to great me whatsoever. When I looked around and locked eyes with the next best dealer who was sitting at his desk, he didn't get up but started A full conversation while still sitting on his ass and guess what? The whole conversation was in Spanish. When I say I got talked to in Spanish, the words came out of this dealer mouth like a machine gun to a point where I had to stop him and then spoke in a total different language to him. The reaction was him staring at me. So I said to him, yeah so since you don't speak my language neither how about we find someone who speaks English so I can find a car. The dealer said ok and turned back to check on his computer. I waited around a couple minutes more and since nothing happened I walked out. This is for everyone who buys a car from a dealer ship. Take a longer trip and go to a dealer ship where people know how to get up and great you, where you get offered water or coffee and where someone cares what you are looking for. I will have other reviews coming for the dealer ship in this area. As you can tell I walked out and did not look any further at this dealer ship. There was no reason to. I can tell that the customer is not important to begin with. I did whatsoever walk over with another dealer to the same lot and the cars they had were over priced and in bad shape. Check for everything before you get excited. They will just try to sell you something fast to make Their money! read more
