Very good experience with this company. They provided a good and fair price. They called me to make sure the details regarding the vehicle and pickup time and day. Patrick was professional and friendly.

They were the highest quote I got. Most places were only offering $75 but I got $285 from Carbrain. Their contracted, local tow place was amazing too. Arrived when quoted, check in hand, easy peasy!

My son totaled my Lexus 450H SUV (not his fault). I contacted a couple of auto recycling companies that I found in San Diego who were not very helpful and quoted me prices for parts that were considerably below what I found online. Very fortunately, I came across CarBrain! They responded very quickly with an offer much higher than the other companies I contacted in San Diego. They contacted their contracted partner in San Diego immediately and arranged to send a flat bed (my vehicle was all wheel drive) to pick up my car that had languished in my driveway for far too long, expeditiously. Everyone that I spoke to at Car Brain or CoPart was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and very pleasant. I wholeheartedly and without reservation, recommend CarBrain to anyone that is in need of recycling their auto or other vehicle.

Christmas Eve 2024, my (at the time) 20 year old daughter got into a crash that bashed in the driver's side of her 2010 Prius. She was freaked out, but fine. We called the police, made a report, and managed to limp the car back to her apartment. She replaced a tire that was damaged during the crash, but it continued to run while waited for the police report so she could try to file a claim with the other driver's insurance. Things did not go as we had assumed they would, and by the time she got the report and was able to contact the insurance company they'd already decided it was not their fault, and closed the claim. That car was a work horse, and, despite the frame being bent, the driver's door bashed in so hard it wouldn't open, and a missing driver's side window, she continued to drive it until about a week and a half ago when she discovered that it was leaking oil so bad that even after she put 10 quarts in it, the dipstick was still dry. Uggggh. Now what? Ever feel like Facebook is stalking you, and knows what you need before you do? No? Huh. Me neither. JK. Sometimes I think they live inside my head, but that's a whole other discussion we won't get into here. Queue the Facebook ads for a company that buys cars that aren't in the best condition. Kind of like those "We Buy Ugly Houses" people, but for cars. Ironically, the ads I saw weren't for Car Brain, but for one of their competitors. I did a little research via Google and decided to let that company give me a quote on the car. I answered a few questions, and got a quote back that was about what I'd expected. Then, when I got the email from the company confirming my quote, I realized I'd made the classic Google mistake of clicking on an ad instead the website I had originally been looking for. The quote wasn't from the company whose ads I'd seen on Facebook, it was actually from Car Brain! To be clear, up until this point I'd never heard of Car Brain before. Though, tbh, I'd never heard of the other company either before seeing their (ad nauseam) Facebook ads. Annoyed with myself I went back to the good 'ol internet, found the company I'd been looking for in the first place, made sure I actually went to their website this time, answered most of the same questions I'd answered for Car Brain, and got a quote. Considering the limited value of the car and thus the relatively small amount of the quote from Car Brain, this quote was considerably less. Over $100 less than the offer from Car Brain. Thus began the process of actually selling the car. I had been missing some details when I completed the initial questionnaire, so I went back and filled those in. I corresponded with the rep from Car Brain that worked with me through the process pretty frequently, since I was kinda needy. We mostly communicated via text, which was nice because it was convenient, but his phone # was listed on all of his communications, and I absolutely felt as though I could have called him at any time. He was very responsive, and his directions were easy to follow. The process was delayed a couple of days, but that was on me because when I went to get the title out of our safe on Saturday morning, Murphy's Law struck, the batteries that controlled the lock died, and my husband and I were locked out of it for most of the day. I didn't send the pictures of the title until late Saturday afternoon, and since generally people don't work on weekends (totally fair), it was Monday before they looked at and were able to verify the info I'd provided. Anyhoo, once we were back on track on Monday things moved quickly. They set us up with a tow company who were also incredibly pleasant and easy to deal with, and I met their driver early Tuesday afternoon. He gave a me a check, and I bid adieu to the 2010 Toyota Prius that served first my dad, then my sister, and then my daughter over the course of 15 years. It turned out those additional details I filled in helped get us a better offer, because in the end we wound up selling it for $1,075, which, given it's age and condition, I felt was a pretty fair deal. Could I have gotten more through a private sale? Maybe. Did I want to hassle with that? Absolutely not. Overall I would say Car Brain was fast, responsive, easy to deal with, and fair. I hope I never again find myself in the position of having to try and sell a car that is not in good shape (and that's being generous), but if I do, I know who I'll reach out to first.

I just sold my 2007 Ford ranger using carbrain. I had googled three car services. Peddle, wheelzy and carbrain. One had a very low.offer, the other called me twice a day for three days while I dealt with a family emergency. Carbrain did not drive me crazy with calls or low ball me. They used texts and emails and communicated each step of the way. Carbrain was professional, and soo easy to use. This was the first experience "selling" a car this way and would use carbrain again.

    Using Carbrain

I've sold two cars with CarBrain It pretty simple they ask a few questions you send a pix of documents they schedule a pickup time and the tow driver shows up with Check

    A sad day but needed.

Luis went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted even though it wasn't available at their location and secured an even better one from another dealership. He ensured the vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and stayed involved throughout the entire process. I was a tough cookie to deal with after dealing with some non transparent dealerships, including AutoNation Ford Bradenton. I had my guard up and gave no room for mistakes, lack of transparency, or additional add ons. I truly appreciated how Luis understood that and didn't waste my time. He also acted as a third eye, carefully reviewing the documents and making sure everything was complete and accurate. That level of attention to detail gave me peace of mind. If you're looking for a dealership that values professionalism. I highly recommend the AutoNation Miami team, especially Luis. Please avoid the Bradenton location. Thank you, to this team finally making this happen. Tips: - Avoid add ons - Make sure to get everything in writing or email.ex: vehicle delivery date. - review all contract carefully. - Check all documentation spellin, address.

Complaint Description:…read more Dear AutoNation, I am filing this formal complaint against AutoNation Ford Miami due to your gross operational incompetence, deceptive billing practices, and complete disregard for customer care. Recently (August 5, 2026), AutoNation Ford Miami processed and shipped an incomplete parts order to my collision repair facility, yet billed them for the full, complete order amount. Because AutoNation failed to supply the necessary parts they charged for, my collision center was unable to finish repairing my vehicle prior to the weekend. As a direct result of AutoNation's administrative error and shipping negligence, I am now forced to shoulder three additional days of unexpected rental car expenses over the weekend. AutoNation's failure to do their job correctly has resulted in direct financial damages to me. Compounding this issue is AutoNation Ford Miami's appalling customer service framework, specifically a representative named Frank. When attempting to resolve this matter, I was forced to call repeatedly, only to be subjected to perpetual hold times exceeding 20+ minutes per call. This is not an accident--I feel it is a deliberate tactic utilized by this dealership to frustrate customers, exhaust their time, and discourage them from holding the company accountable for its mistakes. Desired Resolution: I expect AutoNation Ford Miami to take immediate responsibility for their error. I am demanding full financial reimbursement for the three extra days of rental car costs that I incurred solely because of their incomplete parts shipment and billing failure. Furthermore, management needs to address their internal parts-checking protocol, 3rd party delivery provider(s), and the deliberate stonewalling of customers via unending phone holds.

I was expecting the dealership to do a good service since they carry both the Autonation and Honda name. I didnt notice anything wrong with the service that they performed on my vehicles the day of the service, they reset the service required message on the dashboard, they suggested the required services, and the service advisor even gave me a discount on the additional recommended services for my Honda HR-V and found that I still had a free service for the Honda Civic. I did find it strange though that when the services were done the service advisor gave me the service forms for the Honda HR-V that I paid for but didnt give me any service forms for the Honda Civic (which was free), when I asked him about the forms for the Honda Civic he said that they would be sent to my email (they were never sent to my email). Two weeks later my mom was driving around in the Honda Civic and the metal splash guard from the Honda Civic falls off while shes driving home from the bank and she has the scare of her life when it starts to make a rattling sound scraping the road along the drive home. It looks like whoever performed the service on the two vehicles never properly tightened the bolts back on the splash guard after they performed the oil change on the Honda Civic and part of the splash guard came loose while driving. I tried to call the dealership to ask them what we could do about the situation but the phone number for the dealership just goes to an automated system with different menu options and when you choose the menu option to speak to a service advisor the phone rings a few times and then just takes you in circles back to the main menu when nobody picks up the phone. I am very disappointed with Autonation Honda.

On May 15, 2025, I went to Miami Lakes Mitsubishi to address the issue; they told me the problem was the battery because the car had been sitting at the dealership for a long time. They charged the battery and claimed the issue was resolved. However, on May 16, 2025, the car was dead again in the morning. I contacted the dealership again, and they asked me to return; they replaced the battery with a new one and said the problem was fixed. That same day, I set off on a vacation trip to North Carolina, but the next day, the battery was dead again. I returned to Miami on July 16, 2025, and went to Miami Lakes on July 17, 2025, to have the problem resolved once more. I sat there for five and a half hours waiting for them to find the issue; they informed me that the GPS was draining the battery while the car was turned off, so they disconnected the GPS and told me the problem was solved! This car clearly has a factory defect that the authorized Mitsubishi dealership itself cannot fix. I bought a new car to avoid problems, but the exact opposite happened. I am exhausted by this situation. Who is going to resolve this now?
