The flash grilled Caesar had a delicious homemade dressing and briny sardines, very good as well. For dinner, I ordered the char-grilled teres major steak, paired with malbec. The steak came covered with an au poivre sauce, cooked perfectly medium, and so juicy. This was complemented by roasted carrots, and potabello mushroom, onion, and potato hash. The potatoes were large, crispy cubes. There was nothing about this meal that was less than stellar. I highly recommend it with the malbec! My favorite pizza here is the Sugar Shack with Granny Smith apples, caramelized onions, smoked bacon and a maple syrup drizzle. This one is a real treat which I wish I could have all of the time.
