Brian and Kyle helped me make 4 stops across Brooklyn to pick up some craigslist purchases. They met me on time at the first address I gave them and were efficient navigating and protecting the multiple items - rearranging the items, after each pick up to protect items with furniture blankets. Their sprinter van is equipped with tie downs, dollies, blankets etc. One of the sellers offered to give me a ceramic set and a second later Brian had arrived up the stairs with a box and tape. (Seriously) I texted him on Tuesday and he was right on time for our Thursday appointment. After driving through gridlock rush hour Canal St traffic (need I say more) - I just had the pleasure of encountering the driver of your van come into my lane (HUSTLR plate). Would have been a lot easier to let him into my lane IF had somewhere to go, so I continued driving and honked my horn, as my other lane was blocked. By New York City driving standards, I wouldn't really say that was atrocious driving. Apparently, it is acceptable, however, for your staff to start shouting abuse at me before spitting on my windscreen - not once, but twice. It would be bad enough if that was a member of the team that did this, but it was the owner of the business. Before moving out of a 3 bedroom apartment, my roommates and I had 5 years worth of unwanted furniture/household items/trash of every shape and size that we needed to make disappear in 1 afternoon. If you want a no-show, these are the guys. The day before the scheduled hauling, we exchanged the following texts: "See someone at 10 am on Wednesday. Total price $250 to remove all the material from the basement shown in the pics I sent you. Correct?" Their response: "yes sir all that is on point and that is totally correct." I confirmed it again by text the next day. Again agreement. But on Wednesday, no one showed. When no one had showed by 11 am I called them and got some guy who said he had just come out of the shower, but he'd check and get back to me. Not surprisingly, he never did. And they never showed. Excellent service! I booked the 3-hour move two weeks in advance, via text, after a referral came to me from a co-worker. Brian was quick to respond (but did not give much detail other than price and confirming the time). On the day of the move, which I booked for 12pm, we waited 1.5 hours before finally texting him. He responded that one of his guys had gotten sick, but then brought up a 2-hour arrival window, which I had not been made aware of before.
