From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by two wonderful hostesses, Bree and Rachel. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thank you to Kendra, the owner, who took the time to stop by our table, introduce herself, and personally welcome us. She even invited us to their upcoming hoedown and shared information about the live entertainment they host throughout the summer. We let her know we were visiting from out of town, but we will definitely keep Three Belles in mind for future trips. The breakfast and brunch menu was outstanding. I enjoyed the salmon on sourdough toast with home fries and a side of bacon, along with hot coffee. It was absolutely delicious. My cousins ordered bacon and eggs with home fries, sourdough toast, iced coffee, and juice, and they thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We had a couple of small hiccups that were actually our own doing, but the staff handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Chef Tasha even came out to our table to check on us personally, which was such a thoughtful touch. Chef Tasha, your food was incredible, and your passion for what you do shines through in every bite. Wishing you continued success--only great things are ahead for you! I highly recommend Three Belles Marina Café not only for the delicious food and beautiful marina views but also for the outstanding hospitality. The entire team made us feel like valued guests, and that level of service is hard to find. We can't wait to visit again!

For the past 12 years I had services my 90hp Yamaha engine at Boats Inc and they were a very…read moretrusted service destination. This year, dealing with the service department became a $1588 nightmare when having to change gas filters. During our first trip of the year our engine (having used Boats Inc, to change oils and winterize the engine) stalled and we had to be towed back to shore. It looked like there was some problem with our gas supply to the engine (most likely clogged gas filters). We made a service appointment on a Monday morning and dropped off the boat, with an understanding that they would diagnose the problem by Tuesday and provide an update. Tuesday, and Wednesday went by without hearing anything. On Thursday afternoon I eventually called back to inquire what was going on. The explanation I received was that the gas filters were indeed clogged and the technician had replaced 2 of the filters. They needed a 3rd one that was not in stock and had been ordered. I was then told that they would provide me with an update. I was not given an estimate for the cost either. On Friday I had to call again and I was told that they had replaced the filters, but the gas tank had some micro openings and that they would not be able to guarantee their work, if I did not replace the tank. They proposed to look up the cost a replacement and let me know. Again, I did not hear back from them. Finally, on Saturday I called them to inquire what was going on, only to hear that they had not found anything. At that point I asked to pick up my boat, only to be told that the gas tank hose was not connected to the engine anymore and that the technician was out. I got frustrated and asked them to reconnect the hose and that I would go by to pick up the boat. when I got there, I was told that I could just put some silicone around the gasket and that could prevent any future issues. I then received an invoice for $1588 that indicated that they had put in 8 hrs of work !!!! on the engine (the price include a 2 hr labor discount)... When checking online the suggested repair price was closer to $ 400- 500 indicating only a couple of hour of work for my particular engine and problem. The whole interaction and charge has completely evaporated any speck of trust that I have for their service at this point.

We wanted to take some time to share our experience with Dianne and her extremely professional and courteous staff. Being our first boat purchase, we weren't really sure to begin, so we did quite a bit of research on the Internet and decided that Monterey might be a good choice due to the high-quality craftsmanship and good reviews. We selected the M4 based on where we wanted to drive the boat and the type of water activities we are interested in. Bassett Yacht and Sales Boats is a Monterey dealer that is close to us which is how we met Dianne Bassett, owner of Bassett Yacht and Boat Sales. From the very first time I spoke with Dianne she was personable, knowledgeable, and very patient, despite our obvious lack of boating experience. Dianne took the time to ask appropriate questions such as: where we planned on doing most of our boating, how many people would be on the boat, and the types of activities we wanted to do with the boat--really getting to know my wife and I and ensuring we made the proper boat selection and didn't pay form something we did not want or did not need. Dianne also kept our budget in mind when making her recommendation. All the while Dianne was not guaranteed a sale from us but she treated us like long-time customers: always answering questions and making sure that we understood the specifications of our order before placing our order with Monterey. We are very thankful as well that Dianne suggested we place our order early to ensure we would have the boat in time for the next boating season. Dianne and her staff were very flexible. We were able to look at an M4, she had in her showroom, a few times before making a final decision. This is where we met Mike the shop manager. Mike was very personable, professional and just as patient with our first-time boating questions: from everything about the M4 to what we might expect during the Connecticut Boater's Safety Course. Dianne and staff provided an exceptional buying experience. She even helped us through the process of financing and insuring the boat to provide a real "turn-key" product. We have a little over a month or so to go, but we cannot wait to get on the water with our new home away from home and cannot express enough thanks to Dianne for making this happen and making the process very easy and relatively painless. We are very proud and happy to be new members of the Bassett Boating family!

***FALSE ADVERTISING***…read more I live out of state. I went to https://www.boats.com to look for a boat instead of ordering it from a local dealer. (Due to supply chain issues I won't be able to get the boat made this year.) I've been looking for a specific Starcraft deckboat (that Petzolds currently has in stock) for almost 3 months. Even though they advertise through the internet nationally, Jordan's (Salesman) boss informed him they will not sell to anyone that is not local. The reasoning for this is because they want to service the boat. Bottom line... my money was not good enough for them even when I informed them I wished to purchase the boat. I would give their policy and customer service negative star's if possible. I'm sure Starcraft will want to hear this story as well. ~Wil
