From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by two wonderful hostesses, Bree and Rachel. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special thank you to Kendra, the owner, who took the time to stop by our table, introduce herself, and personally welcome us. She even invited us to their upcoming hoedown and shared information about the live entertainment they host throughout the summer. We let her know we were visiting from out of town, but we will definitely keep Three Belles in mind for future trips. The breakfast and brunch menu was outstanding. I enjoyed the salmon on sourdough toast with home fries and a side of bacon, along with hot coffee. It was absolutely delicious. My cousins ordered bacon and eggs with home fries, sourdough toast, iced coffee, and juice, and they thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We had a couple of small hiccups that were actually our own doing, but the staff handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Chef Tasha even came out to our table to check on us personally, which was such a thoughtful touch. Chef Tasha, your food was incredible, and your passion for what you do shines through in every bite. Wishing you continued success--only great things are ahead for you! I highly recommend Three Belles Marina Café not only for the delicious food and beautiful marina views but also for the outstanding hospitality. I ended up going with his recommendation but he was very offended when I wanted to get a second opinion. Later, when I asked to be aboard my own boat for sea trials I was told that they did not allow it. Had the manager allowed me to be on the boat and had been able to ask questions, I would have much better understood the functioning of my new propeller. Sadly, I had to talk to other owners and the manufacturer as a sorted though questions. Later, when I approached the manager about hauling the boat for a few weeks, he made it very clear that he wasn't interested in doing business with me, even going as far as saying "I just don't like you." Not a great look.

One was trying to convince me to repower for 25 grand (on a 2004 21 foot boat.) I called Tim at Outboard Exchange, and I'm so glad I did. I towed it there, and he came out, pulled off the top cowl, and found the issue in 30 seconds. (Oil inector arm had been installed wrong, causing throttle plate to get stuck open.) He fixed it immediately. Devan (in the office) was so sweet. She took a ton of notes from my first phone call and gave all the info to Tim, so he was ready for me. I just never expected he would figure it out in 30 seconds. I will use Outboard Exchange for all my service needs. I'm hugely thankful.

Tim explained the root cause of issues and diagnosed the reason for my engine failure. During the rebuild process, Tim kept me up to date on the status of all progress and even made suggestions to pro-actively replace specific wear items and parts that could down the line cause additional issues. Fuel injectors were professionally cleaned and upon getting my motor back, it once again runs as good as it day from the factory. From an economic perspective, rebuilding proven two stroke technology was a great decision and so far I am thrilled with the results. I would recommend anybody to Outboard Exchange as Tim provided informed feedback about our rebuild, a detailed list of all parts/costs and got us back on the water for a fraction of the cost of new 250.

My first review was too long, basically a professional mechanic that's willing to work on outdated…read moreinboards is tough to find so Scott gets credit for taking on the job I bought I bought a boat from a guy based off of phone conversation so I'm lucky I was able to start it and drive away. Barely the boat had major issues was actually in danger of sinking thank good Scott fixed all the bilge pumps and checked everything but there's some issues. They're just too much like a pitted rusted after cooler that eventually linked frozen seacock was never serviced with my fault for not checking service records. If ever buy an old boat make sure those service records are complete. Make sure they change that impellers and the bolts have all been lubricated especially seacock. The saltwater flushing for those engines and if it gets stuck in there the engine could get ruined quickly. This place had a lot of parts and it didn't they'd find it for you. They were very expensive but basically it comes to this : unless your a multi. Multi-millionaire not just a millionaire a multi-millionaire don't buy a boat unless you can fix everything yourself because a million bucks isn't going to save you
