We even had a chance to speak with the mechanic, John, who is a Yamaha certified master technician. He listened thoroughly and was very understanding and knowledagable. They fixed the engine up within the quoted time frame and gave a very detailed report which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend this marina, especially if you have a Yamaha outboard. We were 3 boats suppose to be together on the river side. They threw us in the back of the marina where there's no view and no wind. You literally have to cross over mud piles to get to the pool. They put one boat in front of a launch and promised to move us all to the front of the marina then only moved the one boat only because they needed the launch. Lied. we look at mound of dirt and machinery . It's filled with bugs everywhere and the crew straight up lies to your face. The marina has huge chunks of wood floating everywhere. The restaurant is barely a restaurant and the hours they are actually open are ridiculous. I will never come back again. Ever!!!

For 5 weeks my boat sat in the water with no mast. The communication was terrible. They don't communicate even with each other let alone to their customers. This all pales in the fact that they couldn't find a contractor to step the masts so all the sailboats sat for weeks.. very sad. Then after I gave them a 1-star review on Google instead of trying to better this year they banned me from the marina because of my review! Imagine instead of trying to be better just to try and sweep your problems under the rug.

Mike and his staff have made us feel like family and have been so helpful with anything we've needed. The location is beautiful and the amenities like the snack bar, showers, bathrooms, gasoline and parts and service make life so much simpler. Wish we had done this years ago!!
