I completely understand that staffing shortages happen, but there should still be a basic level of customer service when customers ask about their orders. This seems to be an ongoing issue. Some suggestions: Post a sign on the door or in the app letting customers know that orders are running 15-20 minutes behind. Temporarily pause online ordering until the team catches up. What shouldn't happen is staff being rude when a customer inquires about their order. Just really disappointed with Cohasset Starbucks. Unfortunately, this seems to be an ongoing issue at this location, and it feels like Cohasset Starbucks has become complacent--acting as though they don't need to provide good customer service because their name and popularity will carry them regardless.
