The gentleman I spoke with, was able to schedule me for an appointment the same week and gave me great information on how best to accomplish my goals. The estimate was also very reasonable after doing cost comparisons. Griffin, our installer was an incredible electrician. He was very knowledgeable and worked diligently and quickly to change all of our outdated outlets with ease. Here is a picture of him, adjusting our dining room light fixture to the proper height. He went above and beyond with the service call, and didn't try to oversell us on services. He did mention their protection plan, but we opted out since it's so sporadic that we need them here it wasn't worth the $12.95 a month. (We find this very affordable!) Some companies wanted up to $200 to come out and tell me if they could do the job and give me an estimate. Nate stopped by, looked at it and sent me a quote in a couple of hours, at no charge. That convinced me they had confidence in their work and pricing. The job was very involved and had a couple of hiccups, but they corrected everything and it passed inspection from the city.
