This extremely cozy two-table establishment is owned and operated by Chef Narak. She's essentially…read morea one-woman show. I had the pleasure of meeting her and chatting with her when I visited to try her sandwiches. She was incredibly personable, friendly, and truly an inspiration. Her specialty lies in her house-made flavored beef jerky, packaged sausages, and sauces. Upon entering, you can immediately sense that her primacy business is online purchases as evidenced by all the USPS boxes scattered around. There are also bags of rice and veggie noodles available for purchase. It's more of a pick-up/grab-and-go kind of establishment. My mom really enjoyed the beef jerky. The sandwiches were tasty but they became super soggy on the way the home so I highly recommend eating the sandwiches as soon as possible. Ideally at the store at one of the two tables that they have or in your car. The sauce is very liquid-y and all make the bread soggggggy. I ordered the fish sandwich and enjoyed it despite the sogginess and sweet sauce. Chef Narak definitely does not skimp on ingredients as she packs a lot of protein in the sandwiches. The sandwiches are kind of similar to Vietnamese Banh Mis. The sauce is more on the sweeter side so if you enjoy sweet flavors, you'll love the sandwiches. The Pandan drink was also good. You can truly sense the care she puts into every product she makes. I highly recommend visiting this place and exploring all her different offerings. Note: For a more efficient service, it's better to order your sandwiches over the phone prior to going there.

I also loved checking out the frozen meats and sauces they had available. So many great options to take home. You have to try the crispy beef jerky. It's incredibly crispy but packed with flavor. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's addictive. Narak's also has some of the best beef sticks I've ever had. Same amazing flavor as the jerky, but even more satisfying because the meat is thick and juicy. It's nothing like those processed snacks. You can actually taste real beef and pork, and it makes a huge difference. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. The owner was super friendly and took the time to chat with us, which made the experience even better. It really gave me those home-cooked Khmer comfort food vibes I remember growing up. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're in Houston.

Great customer service. Food: the pad Thai was good. Tasted like it had too much fish sauce. The beef was a bit tough but the flavor was good. The Thai tea was excellent. I'll def come by and try more food at this location. Also the wings are excellent ! Supreme taste. Phenomenal Great menu. Great decor. I'll be back soon.

You are greeted at entrance. Place is spacious and private at the same time. You are able to have a good conversation and not feel overcrowded. We ordered appetizers, egg roll, veggie roll, spring rolls if it was a roll we were ordering. All came with beautiful set up and different yummy sauce. Went for the main dish and don't let the menu fool you. Unfortunately they do not have the best photo qualities. We opt to look at the front pictures as they had better lighting. We ordered curry, pad Thai, kung pao chicken. Everything was delicious! With each its own season. Of Thai was creamy but also spicy. Curry was comforting, warm, soupy with a kick of spicy. Kung pao chicken at visual was like chicken wrap but mixing with rice was perfect blended mix to each bite. Lots of flavor and spicy. Overall everything was delicious and will be coming back. Forgot customer service, phenomenal!

I got to try out alot of the appetizers the first time and a few Thai dishes/curries. This time around got to try the Phat phrik khing, it was seasoned well with a good amount of spice which I liked. The service overall was good, the young lady worked hard to fulfill everyone's orders and food came at an efficient pace which I appreciated. The vibe was very lively with Youtube Music videos and eventually dance floor started buzzing after dinner. The one thing that made me a bit uneasy it seemed like they were getting tap water at a faucet that doubled as a hand washing station. I know tap water is normal and some restaurants' water are filtered, but it just looked slightly unhygienic. Other than that, a fan of the the food and a decent place to host events/parties if you're in this area.

I don't come to that side of town often so I'm not sure how things work during the week or a regular weekend. The space is pretty large and seems like a good place to hold events like a small wedding, engagement party, quinceanera, etc. and they have a stage that we used for Karaoke. Again, I'm not sure if that's a normal event there or it was just us. I was there for an event with a lot of people in our group and even though they don't have a lot of staff, they took my order and brought the food in a timely manner and it was fresh and delicious. I ordered the mixed vegetables with beef and not spicy so it came out perfect. I know a few others who thought they were used to spicy foods learned a lesson that day about not ordering stuff too spicy so you probably want to offset the desired spice level minus 20% when ordering because apparently they are not messing around with the heat!
