But they make you fill out a form and then, more times than not, THEY ASK YOU INFORMATION THAT YOU JUST GAVE ON THE FORM! YO! C'MON! I imagine that the form idea came around in the name of efficiency. But this is asinine, and this is either one of those solutions for a problem that doesn't exist... or it is a solution that is implemented very poorly. But the best (worst) is today when the form is filled out that I want the salad chopped and the dressing on--and the person asks me if I want the dressing on--and then the salad comes neither chopped nor dressed! All the while, there are all these people handling my salad and form (because, as I said, people need to find something to do), and no one bothers to double-check?? Wouldn't that be a good use of a person?? So, this place is OK. The salads are good or better. But the processes are odd, if not a little funny.
