We have been to Brekky a handful of times over the years and am pleased with the additions they have made to their menu over that time. Their açai and pitaya bowls have always been a crowd pleaser (my fave is the Dragon Bowl). We are now loving their avocado toast and their salads as well! It would be very helpful to have a list of ingredients on hand for people to access at the store to check for allergens. There are many components to dressings, granola, and the like and having ingredient lists could help customers make informed decisions based on dietary restrictions. Also their restroom seems to be frequently out of order. Brekky is such a great addition to Wading River and hopefully it stays for a long, long time!

Fig Apple toast for lunch. Yummy!

Brekky continues to up their game with new menu items. I love their creativity! When they added various toasts to the menu, it was a game changer. Because now it's not just a place for yummy treats and smoothies and coffee..it's a lunch spot! If you're pressed for time, call in your order. This place is a local favorite and can get quite busy in the morning and lunch time. It's not a sit down spot. Unless you want to sit at table outside. No indoor tables. It's all to go. (I wish it was a sit down spot, I'd be here more often) The best acai bowls (and so many more types of bowls than just acai! My fav is coconut based one) The best smoothies! The best avocado toast (and so many other options besides avocado) Hot coffees, cold brews. Starbucks has nothing on Brekky! This forever is our favorite place for smoothies, acai bowls and avocado toast. But like I mentioned, it's so much more than that! Also have amazing baked muffins! Take a ride to Brekky. You'll want to come all the time!

Such healthy fruit bowls and smoothies and great prices. I got a large matcha, mango, banana, vanilla protein, oat milk and honey smoothie for $10 ! Tasted great too. Will be recommending and returning. Thank you!

The skinny and creamy as u can see.

Tastes horrible when I tried after a few weeks of not trying, must of changed recipe. It was skinny and creamy and not thick and creamy and had a very terrible taste from when I was last there. I also tried not to gag while eating. 0/10

    Large Açaí Bowl (Brekky Bowl)

My search for a smoothie on a hot day led me to Brekky today. After seeing the menu I called an audible and went with a açaí bowl. It definitely didn't disappoint. Very fun and vibrant atmosphere inside with good vibes all around. No indoor dining but there were some table outside to sit at. Very fair pricing and friendly staff. -Brekky Bowl 4/5: Very generous serving of fruit and a good mix of toppings. Not the best açaí Bowl I've had but definitely very good. I felt the actual açaí part was lacking a bit of flavor. Overall, really happy I came here. I'll definitely return, but next time I'll be sure to look at the sizes before ordering. The large size was enough for a family of 5! It was the same size as a large wonton soup container. For the price though I was shocked how much you got. 100% will return to try other items.

Was SO happy to be able to stop in and grab a coffee on my way out to dinner last night! I found this place here on yelp when looking for coffee out this way but was bummed when I thought I might miss out because of timing, but thankfully I made it! The toasted coconut iced coffee with oat milk was PERFECT! And the girl who made my coffee was SO sweet!

Because your substitute will still be awesome! Avocado toast is fantastic smoothies and muffins are fresh homemade can't recommend this little north shore gem enough we go a few times a year when we take a ride out north!

Well that's all fine and dandy in the land of basic cheese, but if you're looking to step things up a bit, then come on over to the Cheese And Spice Market! This tiny shop has been a spot I've visited several times now, the last trip coming about a month ago when my girlfriend, her family, and yours truly were interested in checking out the Shoppes at East Wind. Alas, due to these current times, many storefronts have shuttered their doors leaving only a few specialty locations still open. One of them? This cheese market (so get going!). Well, it's not all about cheese here as they also sell an assortment of local goods (pickles, spreads, sauces, oils) as well as some teas and a few other eclectically edible/drinkable options. But the biggest reason to enter is for the cheese. Now it might not be the grandest selection, but even so, CASM collects a pretty wondrous assortment of cheese styles, milk bases, and variations from all over the world. Costs are on par with just about any other place selling speciality cheeses (I matched up a few prices at Uncle Giuseppes for legitimacy), but keep that in mind because this...ain't no basic Swiss (sorry for the rhyme). But honestly, beyond the quaint interior, awesome food items, and stellar cheese selection, the real reason I'm gonna slap some five star love on this spot is due to the staff. Each time we've set foot in the Market they've been extremely welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable and always quick to offer us a taste of any cheese we had interest in. No cheese snobs around these parts, and better yet, they're brutally honest. Case(s) in point: We were told that a local cheese, which had cost more than a similar style, wasn't worth the difference in price because we'd just be paying for the fact that it's from Long Island; it's not any better than the other, cheaper cheese. Also, I sampled a super stinky/funky cheese called Red Witch that one employee stated how much she loved it while the other said he couldn't stand the stuff, so it's nice to know you're not being taken for a ride when you come in here. Overall, the Cheese And Spice Market is a legit shop that checks off all the cheesy boxes. You'll find a great variety at similar prices to other places along with spectacular customer service which makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable (and tasty). So if you're interested in taking a walk on the wilder side of cheese, check out this spot and give em some business to keep them running. Cheese please!
