We ended up at the reef club resort on the way back from the lower keys and were lucky the tiki bar was still serving at a later hour. The menu is shared with Gus' the more formal restaurant. We were seated immediately and had a great waitress who was informed on how to do an allergy note and what the dishes were like. The sea foodies had the lobster bisque which they all loved with lots of actual lobster in it, the snapper (kudos on the coconut rice), and the shrimp. I opted for the Mediterranean naan flatbread. We came here starving as we hung out by the pool for most of the day. We walked in and sat ourselves. I then got up and got myself and the wife popcorn with their serve yourself popcorn stand. We then ordered wings and a quesadilla. The wings were good the quesadilla was excellent. The food was very pricey even during happy hour. The happy hour is 4 dollars off a very expensive appetizer. We left hungry as we weren't going to spend a fortune. read more

We walked to a Happy Hour in one of the three or four bars within 15 minutes of where we were staying. At The Big Chill and The Caribbean Club, you could not get to the bar. When we got to Breezers, we thought it was closed as no one was in the bar. We soon found out why, one of the lamest Happy Hour menus I have ever seen. And I have seen a lot of them. The bartender told us they had no menu for Happy Hour and proceeded from the regular menu with what she believed was on the Happy Hour menu. I couldn't believe what she was telling me, so I asked to see the manager. He agreed with me that a Whickey seven was part of the Happy Hour menu; she did not. It's too bad the management couldn't get it together to do a Happy Hour (with a menu) that you could understand. The wings were good, and the sunset view is outstanding. This place would be packed for Happy Hour if they knew how to run one. read more

Fun place to relax and unwind. We went there a few times for Happy Hour and were served by Oakley. He was great and made sure that our glasses were always full! His sangrias are delish. Beautiful location! We stopped in for a drink on a Wednesday late afternoon. Ordered our drinks and then waited. A new person come over and asked if we wanted to order and I told him the other person had taken our order and I pointed to her. At that moment she came alive and started making our drinks. She had forgotten about us. Heartwarming. There were 4 other people in the place so if you go stay in the bartenders line of vision so get your drink. read more

Not a tiki bar anymore - now a fake fishing shack wanting to be a man cave. Drinks were good, but served in plastic cups with paper straws, and plastic cutlery - interesting logic there. Roughly 1/3 of the silly signs are insulting to women, none are insulting to men. If they're going to have dumb signs, then everyone should be insulted, or just post that the place is for men only and that women are not welcome. Food is sports-bar-uninspired, but the calamari we had was good, if clearly food-service. Had a pile of raw garlic on it that didn't add anything, but also had grilled banana peppers that were good. We ate and had drinks here on multiple nights during our stay at the Marriott. The service was excellent, view was gorgeous, and they have live entertainment many nights. It's not a large place, so I could see it getting crowded at times, but it was fine when we were there. The food was really good, sliders were delicious as well as fish tacos. Everything we had was very good. Overall, a great place to have dinner and/or drinks, with a pretty good view of the sunset and beautiful Marriott grounds. They were also attentive with our children's food allergies, even checking labels for us on desserts. Positives: Excellent service and good food, live entertainment, nice sunset view. This spot, located within the Marriott Key Largo resort, is really a hidden gem. It's not a huge place - not small either. They have a bunch of nice TVs. They also have happy hour every day from 4 - 7 pm. They discount the drinks and have a bunch of discounted bar food options like sliders, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, chicken tenders and calimari. We also always get GREAT service here. Breezers is the bar attached to Gus·s restaurant at the Marriott. It's casual and the food is decent. The bar shares the same kitchen with Gus·s. The service is good but sometimes a little slow. The usually have some kind of live music. The cucumber mohjitos are pretty good. Great view. read more

Had a mini-vaca here in the keys and stayed at the marriot. Great hotel with a variety of various accommodations. Breezers bar has happy hour 4-630? Or 7, and the bartender we had , for multiple days, was Oakley. He was very attentive, humourous and connected. He made us feel like we've known him for quite some time, even though i was running on island time. His mixology skills were on point, delivering phenomenal and tasty drinks with each round. We didn't even have to ask for drinks by the second day, because he already knew and had them in hand as we walked to the bar. Oakley, in general is a textbook Marriott worker who deserves the best. I would stay at the hotel just to have a conversation with him again. read more

The 3 is all about management. We went to Breezers on Wednesday, which according to google is one of their busiest evenings. Management should know this. They have live entertainment, which was a guy singing and playing guitar. He was good. The place was packed. They had one employee tending bar and waiting on all the tables. 4 servers would have been taxed to keep up. The food is great. You have to specify what menu you want to order from. You have choices between the Gus's grill and Pool (more casual) menu. Great food, good music. Shame on management for not being able to take care of customer service. I expect more from Marriott. read more

This is a sleepy little bar inside the Marriott Resort. Happy Hour is The Bomb with half price well drinks and apps. It looks out on the water and you get a great view of the sunset. It should be way more popular than it is. I hope it doesn't close! read more

This place has amazing views and great staff. Menu is limited and underwhelming. I sort of expected a tiki bar to have more than five wines, five beer, and five cocktails to choose from. However, we were deeply disappointed both times with HORRIBLE karaoke class singers billed as entertainment. We went to this cute little restaurant located at the Marriott hotel where we were attended by Kingsley during happy hour. Unfortunately, the hour wasn't too happy. We walked in and nobody acknowledged us or greeted us. Customer service was okay (or so we thought.) It was a while after we were seated that our waiter greeted us. We asked about happy hour and he proceeded to tell us about the drinks that were popular. He handed over the menu to us and showed us all of their signature drinks which we assumed were part of the happy hour (these included their frozen and mixed drinks.) He was so caught up with selling those drinks that we got two rounds of them. It also took a while to get the drinks. When it was time to leave, he handed over a $63 bill. When we asked him if those drinks he had spoken about were included in the happy hour he chuckled and said those weren't included. So why on earth spend a minute talking about the signature drinks when we specifically asked about the happy hour drinks? He could have at least made sure to let us know those drinks weren't included before ordering. We let it be and decided to just pay and leave. First and last time I'll be visiting this place. read more
