The café was not busy during these interactions. As the trip progressed, the experience became uncomfortable enough that our family stopped using the café altogether, despite being only halfway through a long journey. We also received dismissive and curt responses when asking simple questions about stops and timing. While the seating and onboard amenities were very good, the customer service was not. Experiences like this point to a need for stronger management oversight and customer service training, and they have unfortunately made me question whether I would choose Amtrak again for a trip of this length.

I love the cute little kiosk in the center of this airport they actually have some nice finds, if you have time stop and take a look, you might find something perfectly suited for you. I picked up a car from this Thrifty location inside of the Savannah airport roughly two weeks ago and not once did I ever interact with anyone at Thrifty, because 9AM on a Thursday is not a time they choose to be open so I had to check in at Hertz a few booths over. The process itself wasn't terrible although the employee working forgot to give me car keys so I had to walk to the car pickup, tell them, then they walked inside and got me some keys so I can't complain too much, I was able to drive out of there without much of a headache. Overall, this place was fine and minus being a little annoying, I was able to get a car and drive around the city. Was it perfect? No, but it is what it is.

I promise that I tried that number for 3 days straight with no luck but then I noticed that there was a different number on the receipt. I called twice and the young lady who picked up the phone was able to solve this issue within 1 minute.
