A Relaxing Way to Travel on a Long-Haul Flight* ## *Booking & Arrival at the Airport* I booked Business Class for a 13-hour international flight because I wanted to avoid arriving completely exhausted. Since I had meetings scheduled the day after landing, getting proper rest during the journey was important to me. The premium experience became noticeable as soon as I reached the airport. The dedicated check-in area was quiet, and I barely had to wait before one of the agents assisted me. My baggage was checked quickly, my boarding pass was issued within minutes, and the staff explained the boarding process in a friendly and professional manner. Compared to my previous Economy flights, everything felt much more organized and stress-free. ## *Lounge Experience Before Boarding* After clearing security, I made my way to the Business Class lounge with nearly two hours to spare before departure. The lounge was spacious, clean, and surprisingly peaceful despite the busy airport outside. I found a comfortable seat overlooking the runway, ordered breakfast, and spent some time enjoying the view while watching aircraft prepare for departure. The food selection was much better than I expected, with both hot meals and lighter options available. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which allowed me to finish a few emails before boarding. Instead of sitting at a crowded gate waiting for announcements, I actually enjoyed spending time at the airport. ## *Boarding & First Impression of the Cabin* Boarding was handled efficiently, and Business Class passengers were invited to board before the main cabin. There was no rush or confusion, which immediately made the experience feel more relaxed. As soon as I stepped onto the aircraft, the cabin crew welcomed me warmly and showed me to my seat. My first impression of the cabin was how quiet and spacious everything felt. The seat offered plenty of personal space, multiple storage compartments, and enough room to settle in comfortably without feeling restricted. Before departure, I was offered a welcome drink while the crew completed the final preparations for takeoff. ## *The Flight Experience* Once we were in the air, the difference between Business Class and Economy became even more noticeable. Dinner was served shortly after takeoff, and each course arrived separately rather than everything being placed on the tray at once. The presentation looked elegant, and the food tasted much better than I had expected from an airline meal. After dinner, I watched a movie using the large entertainment screen before deciding to get some sleep. The seat converted into a fully flat bed with very little effort, and I managed to sleep for almost six hours without constantly waking up. Throughout the journey, the cabin crew checked on passengers regularly, offering drinks and assistance whenever needed while still allowing everyone to rest peacefully. ## *Arrival & Final Thoughts* Breakfast was served before landing, giving me enough time to wake up and prepare for arrival. The landing itself was smooth, and priority baggage handling meant my suitcase arrived within a few minutes of reaching the carousel. Looking back, the biggest difference wasn't just the seat or the meals--it was how calm and effortless the entire journey felt. I arrived feeling refreshed instead of drained, and that alone made the upgrade worthwhile. For anyone planning a long international trip, I would happily recommend choosing Business Class if comfort and rest are priorities.

Went to one of the ticket agents, Sheila and explained what I had done. She got busy, rescheduled me on a later flight from where I was and I will arrive at my destination at the same time I needed. Very professional and very comforting.

You see nice scenery (far better than 95), and can sit back and relax and watch the changing landscape, without the stress of navigating I-95. The sleeping cars bring you back to another time, when travel was more about the journey and it lacks the hectic pace of the airport and all the stresses of getting through security, gates that change 5 times before the flight, and the whole airport experience. No invasive TSA. Dinner is served in the Dining Car with white tablecloths and fresh flowers. My salmon in puff pastry was delicious, and the chocolate cake is sinfully rich. I traveled only 2 days before Christmas, and I was lucky enough to have Anton as my cabin attendant. I walked the whole train and his car (5246) was the only one decorated for Christmas. There were lights and ornaments and merry greetings, adding a festive flair. Thank you, Anton. You made it a spectacular experience.

There are two other lines coming through here that head to Miami. The station has next to nothing, so don't bother coming here more than 15-20 mins before your train.
